This order was delayed and when I spoke to the delivery agent, he was outright rude and asked to cancel the order if you feel its delayed.
But the MOJO system conveniently has made it tough for the CUSTOMERs by not having kind of CUSTOMER support number, just a stupid bot service which is of no use.
The delivery person after an hour or so has cancelled the order at his end and we were left hungry and frustrated.
The worst part is that the BOT says that there is no refund for the order now.
