One of my close friends opened up a new store of Magsons in Ahmedabad. I visited his store on 2nd September 2021 and was confused about what to buy. I felt the safest bet was Cadbury's Chocolates as we know the quality and everyone in my house loves chocolates. When I came to Mumbai on 4th September 2021, I opened the chocolates, and trust me it was the worst quality of Cadbury's I ever had in 32 years. I purchased 2 Cadbury Twirl Bites which were for INR 250 each and 1 Cadbury Dairy Milk Peppermint Chocolate which was for INR 480. When I opened the chocolates, I could not believe that it was from Cadbury. Twirl Bites had only powder when I opened and Peppermint Chocolate was very brittle and while breaking even that is turning into powder with some weird taste in it. I could not call up my friend because it is his new venture and it will not give a good impression if I call him up for complaints. I spent almost INR 1000 only on 3 chocolates which are not worth it at all.

Did not expect this from such a huge and trusted brand.

I am not even sure if you will provide a resolution but who should I reach out to? I am such a big fan of Cadbury products but now I feel will not go for it ever. Feeling cheated. We do not get such good quality of products in India and hence I purchased imported ones considering that it will be a nice experience but it is all waste.

The recent cadbury dairy milk is much sweeter than before thus making it very unfavorable to buy. The sweetness is a lot enhanced and it does not taste like anything before. I am a big fan of cadbury and wish that its taste and ingredients remain intact since when it comes to a chocolate in India everyone knows only cadbury. I hope the loyalty is not abused in future.

We have bought a new box of Cadbury chocolates from the market . Though the packing is new but all the chocolates are old faded. Taste is also bad. Never expected it from a brand like Cadbury. Shame on you. How can you poison your customers. Because of customers like us you are there in the market. Will surely sue you in court.

I found a live worm in Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate deeming it unfit for human consumption.

I paid by billDesk, ptm my money is deducted but still order not conformed pls give my money back or conform the order .!

Bought Cadbury silk celebrations of recent manufactured date but i found some white spots on it. It's not even close to it's expiry date. I didn't pay freaking 300rs to eat defective chocolates. This is really very disappointing. Same thing happened with the mini silk chocolates i bought.

If you can't manage to produce good products then kindly stop selling this ###!!

This is such a trusted brand and you serve us like this? People use it as a gift in several occassions and this is what you sell us? Fungus covered dairy milks? This is so not acceptable.
Very bad. This brand is totally risking our health and money. Playing with our emotions.
Most of your chocolates are always defected no matter which chocolate we buy. Your company should be banned totally
Do something about it or shut your company totally.

I was having a dairy milk silk fruit and nut and a big picec of plastice was inside it
I bit on it and my tooth got injured.

I am writing this email about the pack of chocolate box that I bought from India and shipped to Australia as a personal courier package. The package is dated to be packed at 06/11/20 23:54 with its code: A01106.

My mother bought this whole box from a local shop in our area in Vadodara, Gujarat and couriered it to me which I received in less than 5 days. When I opened the chocolate, it had little white frosting which I sort of knew that the chocolate was close to its end and was all turning to the powder form.

I don't have any suggestion about it but as a fan of cadbury who ordered those chocolates and made it courier to an entire different continent seemed pretty waste of money to me as it didn't taste the same and paid more just to throw them in the bin.

I am not satisfied by the product quality at all and retaining the package as it is, I have attached the images of the box in this mail. Request you to so the needful on this matter as soon as possible.

I purchased a 5 star which has an expiry of 2 months, and found live worms inside the packet and chocolate.

I purchased a Cadbury fruit and nut and it is damaged from inside it have chocolate bloom or fungus type thing over it when i opened it . Its package date is 04/2021

We have a store in Jajmau Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh).

I am writing this mail to express how concerned I am with Mr Amit's behavior.
He is our area's (Allied Street) sales man for Cadbury.
He has misbehaved with us as well as given us the ultimatum that neither will he supply us with Cadbury products nor will he let anyone else supply to us.

This kind of shameless behavior is absolutely unacceptable and intolerable.
I kindly request you to take proper actions against this.

We would really value a healthy and cordial relationship with the association.
We require Cadbury products for our store. It provides a variety of selection.

We would really appreciate if you revert back to us with some news regarding the matter.

Dairy milk roasted almond chocolate looks like ugly. Texture is very irritating as shown in photo and video below.

Damaged gift pack, poor pacakgaing ruined the gift for kids

I bought a pack of Cadbury dairy milk minis on which the date of packaging was mentioned to be 25/05/2021 and the sign that its best before 12 months of packaging was mentioned, but still when i opened ine of the minis there was a worm on it as of 27/08/2021, which is well within the 12 months limit.

I Bought the (Cadbury roasted almond) from SK bakers @Mehdipatnam near Piller No 28, Opp Pooja Medical Hall, on 26th Aug, when i opened this pack found that complete chocolate is with fungus layer on this and its was smelling very Bad, Next day when i visited the same shopkeeper and complaint him he says he is Retailer and he is wont prepare it in his shop, in this regards he cant do any thing. when i ask him then whom shall i ask for this...

Cadbury Silk has Fungus on it and our Raksha Bandhan was spoilt
