I purchased a Cadbury fuse from a shop in Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Three flies were found in the chocolate. This was not expected from Cadbury. The whole lot of chocolate would have been contaminated by this unsanitary practice and lack of quality control checking. This could be a cause of major health issues. Kindly look into the matter. I am expecting a suitable compensation for the same.

This is to bring to your notice a very serious issue. I had bought the cadburys dairy milk silk roasted almonds pack of 55g for 65 rs. The chocolate inside was stale. And it has developed fungus within 6 months of package date. Had i consumed it, this would have been a serious threat to my health. I had seen this twice, last year as well but went on to blame the vendor. But now i feel there is something seriously wrong going on in production it self. I demand compensation and serious action against this reckless production. I have been a regular consumer of mondalez products. But after this incident i fear to purchase any of the products of your company. I hope this letter is taken by seriously and corrective actions are taken with immediate effect. Thanks but no thanks...

It is disheartening to say that a recently bought Cadbury dairymilk Rs 40 pack contained an insect in it. The pack was dated as manufactured at 7/18. The product was bought on 30.3.2019 from a restaurant at Kolaghat, NH 41, West Bengal.

I found that after already having a part of it.

It is really disheartening as it wasn't expected from Cadbury.

I got celebration of 150 rs from local store in kolhapur district. Its not as regular. It seems like it has damaged or expired! But expiry date was way 6 months far. It tasted different.. Looked different... I guess was spoiled! It has to be changed.. Dairy milk 5 star gems all tastes good. It was too uneaasy to even look at it i tasted n throwm it away. Haope u come up wid this problem!

I purchased celebration pack containing cadbury 5 star 3D, cadbury dairy milk, cadbury dairy milk fruit and nut, cadbury dairy milk roast almondand cadbury dairy milk crackle and found a whitish layer on all of the chocolates except 5star 3D along with a very bad taste . It was manufactured on 09/18 . I have all of them saved for the proof . I want it's refund and want company to maintain it's quality.

I purchased dairy milk silk oreo from a store in sion on 20th march 2019. After eating 1/4th of the chocolate i found a tiny piece of stone from the chocolate. I almost ate it and when i couldn't chew it i realized that it's a stone and not oreo. I would like to know if your company is complying with the fssi standards and also would like to see your certificate. I'm placing a complaint with the fssi in the meantime. It's not a small thing to have found a stone in a chocolate that too in something with a brand name of cadbury. I've pictures of the same and so does the store owner. Please get back to me.

Hello. I wanted to know whether cadbury dairy milk silk is haram or not? It has green sign on it which means its vegan. But some reliable sources confirmed that these chocolates r not halal. What do u mean by not halal. Do u mean haram or just that it is not certified halal. If not hala then why it is not halal? Do u use pig fat or pig dna in these chocolates. Also, why dont you exactly clarify which one o[censored]r chocolates are haram and not suitable for muslims? Can a muslim eat cadbury dairy milk silk roast almond and whole hazelnut flavor.

I purchased cadbury crackle pack of 10 (Each piece 36gm 40rs) from paytm, i ate them but last pack i opened after few weeks and it was not good to eat, it was spoiled and it was uneatable.
I have kept the product in fridge for proof.
It has expiry date of 12 months and it was packed on 10/18.

Plz look into the matter.

I have purchased a dairy milk tropical mango (Pkd. August, 2018) chocolate from a shop in my society @ neelkanth vishwa phase - 1, nr. Gavdevi, new panvel on the occassion of women's day' as a gift for my wife. But when we unpacked it we found that there is fungus on all the chocolate inside.

Then we saw the date of expiry, it was 9 months from the date of packaging. It means the chocolate had caught fungus before it's expiry date

My wife has purchased a dairy milk silk from alappuzha (Premier supermarket, east of vazhichery jh. Cullen road, alappuzha). But after she ate half of this she felt some trouble in stomach after some time. Then we checked the packing date, it was 09/17. Now she is suffering from food poison. What a company is this.! This company selling expired food products. How can we give these items to children., its terrible. W e need justice....

Sir my shop in ulhasnager 5. N the area cadbury dealer is jai agencies. Sir i have complain for the dealer they not sending the order which we give to him. N then they will disturb for payment which i clearlery give time to time... Now the distibuter not taking any order on my shop. And also talk very rudely on phone with me. Now pls solve my problem.

Sir ur poonas dealer not came on shop for orders i take ragulrly cadbary from last four years but from few months his man or ur person not came for order. I call on contact number but that number not working i requred cadbary items but i not recive from dealer aparna marketing. The mention contact number on his bill which dosenot working or not give response.

Box has packing date of 9/2019 and chocolates have packing date of 07/2018. Package shows best use before 07/19. See attached photos.

I am sreenandh from kerala and i am writing this email to raise a concern regarding a bad experience which i had to face with cadbury diary milk.

My wife is a die-hard fan of cadbury diary milk chocolates, especialy diary milk silk and we frequently buy diary milk chocolates for ourselves and also for our loved ones. But the quality of diary milk chocolate (Not silk) bought last time ie on jan 28th, 2019 was so pathetic. We opened the packet and had few pieces and felt there is a some taste and texture difference. Noticing that we opened the entire packet and was shocked to see the pathetic condition of chocolate. (Please find attached the images). We checked the expiry date to confirm whether this is a mistake by the retailer. But surprisingly the packed date was 9/18 and we understood expiry date is not over and the problem is with the manufacturer. More over, the whole night me and my wife had a severe stomach ache.

We initially thought to go to consumer court, but then thought to raise our concern to the company itself, since we have been eating diary milk chocolates from our childhood and it is for the first time we are facing this. I don't know what is the reason for the deteriorating quality of our favourite chocolate brand from childhood days. However this was a big shock for us and we never expected this from such a reputed brand.

Description of the incident - It is smelling foul. the upper layer of fuse has some kinda liquid on it n it's so sticky. fuse is my fave but this time I got disappointed due to this smelly fuse. The fuse was broken inside as well as it was not proper in shape just as it is when it is of good quality.

Resolution- My 20 bucks wasted. Gimme another one and that too of good quality

Hi i purchased 3 cadbury silk chocolate s on 26th jan ' 18. One of them was an oreo silk. Today i had one piece of the chocolate and it left a bad taste in my mouth, i also realed that the inner parking was greasy. Thus did not consume any more of it. Had bad stomach ache an vomitting post 1 odd hours later.

Very bad packing design of cadbury dairly milk lickables. My kid is a lover of kinder joy and lickables.. Yesterday we got the lickables chocolate. My kid usually carries that in hand and eat little amounts now and then. He was walking and fell down the bottom part of your lickables was very sharp and it cut 1 cm on my sons forehead we rushed to hospital and he got stictched there. It was so scary. Very bad with your product. Very bad design....
