Today I got a daily milk from my sister because of Rakhi, and when I open it it was fungus all round the product. It was very disappointing for me to see this. Cadbury is a huge brand, it’s playing with the health of customer. If someone eat that he or she may suffer from some serious diseases..
It’s a request from government to please intervene in it and take some strict action against them, so that in future they will not play with someone’s health...

    Today i got a daily milk from my sister, and when i open it it was fungus all round the product. It was very disappointing for me to see this. Cadbury is a huge brand, it’s playing with the health of customer. If someone eat that he or she may suffer from some serious diseases..
    It’s a request from government to please intervene in it and take some strict action against them, so that in future they will not play with someone’s health.

      I bought a cadbury oreo once which i kept it in my room for a day or two and later when i opened it.. It was very oily and tasted awful i just had a bite and threw it away. I didn't notice the expiry date and thought i must have been expired. So second time i bought it from an another vendor, checking the expiry date and i kept it in my refrigerator this time. And later on when i opened it the same smell with the oil was present. I had to throw that even too without consuming it. It was the second time i had lost my money totally with it being too expensive and from now onwards i swore not to buy any cadbury products. Nestle is far better than this. When i searched the web i got many similar complaints about it and now i was sure it was not only my local shops being affected by it but the whole country.

      I couldn't get the image or video of the unwrapping of it. But I am very much sure that even if I buy the third Cadbury Oreo from any random vendor and take a video o[censored]nwrapping it. It will still be the same oily and smelly but I don't want to waste even a single penny for this stupid product.

        I have bought two packs of cadbury celebration on 14/08/18, packaging batch date is 10/03/18 and product manufacturing date is feb/2018 and i found that the product dairy milk covered with fungus and have white spot on them and the other product gems smells bad when we chewed it.           I've done intern in cadbury from 7th may to 7th july, the behavior of my manager mr. Irfan and prithi madam was ridiculous, moreover, they are not providing the intern completion letter till date, they are making us roam to their office. We have worked extra 15 days as they said they are not satisfied with our work. Due to their egos, we are not allowed into the 3rd semester.           As i bought 5rs dairy milk box in which i found 10rs & 5 rs dairy milk all are useless..which can not be used which ashamed me very much...so pl come and check out the box in which i found the these [censored] chocolates and do compensate for it..

            I regularly buy cadbury dairy milk & dairy milk silk. As i am big fan of cadbury chocolates.

              I bought a new dairy milk cadbury today from market and was shocked to find out that two to three rows of chocolate were missing. It was a 137g of chocolate, the big one but was half in size. Such a disappointment from your side. Moreover after opening, it had white spots all over chocolate

                The cadbury celebration gift was given to my daughter's birthday on 10/08/2018 and in the morning when the celebration of the box opened, to give the girl cadbury dairy milk, what would she look for if there was a white spot on the full cadbury and when the 5star was opened it would be the same thing and inside it was completely hollow mfg date 22/02/2018 and expiry date 09/09/2018 tell me what would have happened to my cadbury product that my daughter is only 4 years ago i am going to report to the consumer court now

                I bought dairy milk worth rs40 and when opened it, there was only half choclate and too not in condition for eating. It is like already expired while the expiry dates shows that there is atleast 6 months left pls help.

                  I am from Assam from the district called Sivasagar. I am a retailer here. I was provided a used second hand chocolate cooler (video attached) couple of month ago, after calling and describing status of esteem melting Mondelēz items at my shop Ms. Sunanda Mukherjee on[protected] and then Mr. Sarbajit Ghosh with the assurance of providing a new one soon. Now, since last 15 days its not working. I have been desperately calling more than 20 times Mr.Ghosh and Ms. Sunanda but none of the party picks up phone. Is this Mondelēz/ Cadbury service in India!!! Such a beautiful renowned company is so shallow with its infra structure. Even I see in Google that Kolkata office is closed!!! They take complaints only zonewise. Pity...

                      When I open the Dairy Milk pack I found some white particles inside it. Then I open Five star and in this case particle was on the top the product. The whole packet is untouched now. I sm scared to open rest items. Images are attached for you reference.

                        I bought Oreo . As it was melted I kept it in fridge and as I took it out to eat there was an oil drenched to it and it was smelling . So I would like to know what is this or else I am gonna take it to my uncle as he is food inspector. Because eating it or even buying it is unhealthy some what. We don't expect it from a company like Cadbury . Being a big multinational such an error during making a chocolate that is as big as Oreo. Could be harmful for kids and adults. It is not the first time it was there but I ignored the most time but I read about and found it bad so I am filling a complaint as the place from where I bought gave me this from a new box so that means it's bad . So please contact me for my complaint.

                          I bought Cadbury Temptation (Rs 90 pack) from my nearest general store on July 8th, 2018. It's packaging date is Dec. 2017 with best before 9 months. So it is not expired yet but when I unwrapped it to eat, I got shocked. I'm attaching the photos, I captured, to show you.                             The cadbury dairy milk that i and recently was gritty to be specific it was not smooth with i started chewing it.. It had solid particle coming up to the taste plus the texture to the chocolate was also not up-to the mark like it used to be previously the dairy milk was very specific about the texture as well as the taste of it but to be honest it has degraded it's quality and i'm very sorry to say so you should really look after your products

                              I have been consuming cadbury's products for long. Their crackle chocolate is one of my favorites.
                              I have tried silk also and its good but not as good as crackle.
                              In the month of feb. 2018 i was gifted four silk oreo chocolates which was purchased from somewhere near my local area. The manufacturing date on the product is may 2017 so i had more than 100 days to consume the chocolates before it gets expired. The chocolates were 60 grams each and rs.75/- was the mrp of each chocolate.

                              When i opened one of the packs, i could smell a bad odor. It was something like that of oil. I remember the cover over the golden wrapper in the chocolate appeared to be soaked in oil completely. I thought the smell is because of oreo being mixed with chocolate. It tasted bad, very bad. I didn't like its taste and i threw the chocolate since it wasn't consumable. My mom gave away rest of the three chocolates to our maid.

                              Today i. E. July 27, 2018, someone offered me silk oreo and it tasted good. I wasn't aware of what chocolate piece i was eating so when i asked and got to know it is the same silk oreo then i told him the complete story. Before eating if he would have told me the name of chocolate then i would have not eaten it at any cost.

                              This made me google about its foul smell and i came to this site.

                                Recently i bought three packets of Oreo Sandwhich biscuit for self-consumption. When opened the packs, i saw that the cream of the biscuits were having fungus in it.

                                In fact, all the case was with all the three packets.

                                I am really dissatified with the quality and sad that such a big company like Cadbury and Mondelez will offer such low quality things.

                                I immediately want my money and new biscuit packs

                                  Roasted Almond Chocolate

                                  There was a worm inside the chocolate. I ate some of the contents before spotting the worm. I have a video of the worm arising inside the chocolate bar. It is well within the expired date of consumption. 6 months clear. While I am very concerned about my health, I also wish to make it amply clear that if no response is received by your company within 7 days, I will be proceeding with a consumer court case for negligence and sale of food item not fit for human consumption

                                    We are retail store selling Cadbury chocolates but the refrigerator provided by company is not working at all. Inspite of complaining the company is not responding . Even the person who came by calling on toll free no. didn't mend it properly. Hope to get respond soon. We are suffering from past 4 months. Chocolates are getting melt due to high temperatures.

                                      visi cooler is not working properly

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, Am Mugunthan from Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. Am an retailer for Cadbury's... Having an issue in visi cooler and it's not working properly from June onwards.lots of customer enquiry Cadbury chocolates, due this problem i can't buy chocolate for sales. Complaint to distributer PMM marketing salesman and office for past one month. No proper response from them. Kindly change the visi cooler or take necessary steps for it...

                                      While I have relished eating Cadbury chocolate for the past 31 years, it is frightening to find plastic part inside Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut chocolate.

                                      Attaching photos for your reference and further action.

                                      I have lost my faith after this horrifying experience and would abstain from eating Cadbury and propose the same to my near and dear ones.
