Hello,
I, mr. N. K. Suresh, am a proprietor of a provisional stores in k. K. Nagar, chennai. My business firm's is biji shoppee. I am a regular customer of cadbury products. Few days back our cadburys agency got changed to mondelez india. At the beginning they delivered the chocolates as well as other cadburys products. As soon as we finished the payment of the products they have undertaken order of cadburys products 1 month back. But we haven't received the products yet. Very poor service from the mondelez india agency. Please take necessary actions regarding this and provide me a good solution.

I have purchased Cadbury dairy milk which is fungus infected on 07st JULY 2018. It was rusted and very bad taste. So i also complained TO SHOP ONNER.. very bad

    I got a message that was from cadbury india in which it was written if you do a survey you would get a gift hamper from cadbury india. At the end of the survey it said me to whatsapp that message to 15 ppl and i also did that but after that he retold me to do it again and it was not moving forward from that webpage. It is veru unsatisfactory from your side and is not acceptable from such a big company i would like you to give me my hamper for which i am eligible. Doing such things is just a harm for your company as your companies name is on stake.

      I bought 3 dairy milk silk worth 65 before 2 days on 27-06-18 from local retailer and today on 29-06-18 My 4 year son tore the pack and start eating it he ate half of the chocolate but what I saw there was worms in chocolates
      I m literally scared wen did I need to rush to doctor it could be very dangerous for him..I will spread the picture of half eaten chocolate by my son on social media would tell everyone dnt buy such rubbish product

        We are a regular customer of cadbury products.
        Regret to inform you that for the first time we had a very unpleasant experience.

        Recently we bought a 'cadbury celebrations' pack, to our surprise when we unwrapped both the dairy milk and 5-star chocolates, the milk chocolate inside had a very brittle texture and the 5-star had holes in it, hence couldn't be consumed.
        The product that we got was a complete let down to the quality that we expected from the company.
        Hope you look into the matter and take the required action.
        For reference we have attached the pictures of the same products.

            Hi, yesterday (21st june’ 2018) bought two cadbury dairy milk silk from local store in mumbai and when i teared the wrap, found that chocolate is in white colour powder type. Then i opened second one, the same found in other chocolate too. Also, attaching the photographs for your information. It can be harmful and may cause any illness.

            Kindly revert on this grievance or else have to go with further course of action.

            Today I bought a diary milk silk (Rs 80/- PACK). When I opened, there was plenty of oil/ grease like stuff. It was between the outer pouch and film over Al foil.

              Complaint description - one piece is missing a packet in perk cadbury (Expected pieces is 2). This happens many times but i am sharing the description of single incident.

                Worst experience with cardbury monster gems. The photo explains all.

                We had found worms in the chocolates bought for children. This was bought from kalyan hyper market.

                Few of the chocolates were also consumed by the children too. This is absolutely not acceptable as it affects the health of children and that too from a reputed mnc.

                With this experience i will be never again opting for a cardbury products.

                  While eating cadbury monster gems (Images attached) suddenly, i found a choco candy which was damaged, eroded and danked, presumably infected by fungus. This is too much annoying for a consumer regarding his/her health issue. The respective images are attached herewith.                       Dear sir, i bought a dairymilk chocolate worth 10 rs. From my company canteen on 9 jun 2018, my company is situated in greater noida, uttar pradesh. When i opened packed i found chocolate in very bad condition having white pittings, deformed condition, smelling very bad. Product was looking very unhygienic to eat. I am sharing pictures having product condition, bar code information, mfg date, place everything. Product was stored in refrigerator and mfg date is also not very far that is april 2018. Please look in to the matter. I couldn’t eat the. But i am keeping that with me for short time in casse you want to see it physically. Waiting for your response.

                        I received dairy milk silk as a birthday gift and found
                        White holes everywhere in the chocolate.
                        Consumed a bite last evening, suffering from loose motion.(on 06/06/2018)
                        It's a pack of 150 rupeess cadbury dairy milk silk.
                        I have attached images below in this complaint . Please take some action against this regard.

                          I have been a customer from a long time and last time when this happened i was not helped on call instead said that it is not an issue... This time if not solved i will be complaining to the consumer forum.

                              We purchased a cadbury silk oreo chocolate for rs 160. When we opened, it was fully distorted and we could not eat it. When complained to shopkeeper, following things were told to us

                              1) now that chocolate is opened, company may not accept the complaint. This is very funny. Unless we open it how do we know that it is faulty. Or company expects that we should do x ray like checking of each chocolate!

                              2) this is due to melting of chocolate in hot summer and is normal phenomenon and you must accept this. This is ridiculous. We expect that such a big company must ensure that we get a good product in hand without giving any reasons and excuses

                              3) company does not accept complaints from shopkeeper and customer must complaint separately. I request company to stop this practice as we are not free to keep on complaining at different locations

                                  I bought a perk from a general store in indore and after eating half of it when i opened it further it was seen that worm was coming out of it and has eaten the chocolate as well. I felt sick after having the same. I have already had a word with my lawyer and will be filling a complaint against the company in consumer forum. Its a bizarre from a brand like cadbury and there fore, i am already in words with few media houses to look into the same.
                                  Let me know, if there is any legal team that i need to get in touch with for the same, or else i will be sending a legal notice directly to the office.

                                    Today i purchased dairy milk cadbury box in bulk, the manufacturing date is mentioned as 03/18 which means the packaging is almost 2 months old, as per expiry product is in safe condition till 12 month but when i opened it, the chocolate was totally in bad condition, there was spots on chocolate & chocolate cubes were covered of brownish white nate.
                                    Its really very bad experience.
                                    Kindly action on it asap.

                                      I am started the new medical shop in bangalore malleswaram. But your distributor is not rising the bill in the name of our form. He is telling that it will take more than one month. But now after gst billing started. We can"t take with bill (He give bill in the name of some other party). If we take like that we want to pay the full tax on gst. Please give instruction to your distributors to rise the bill in the orginal form name.

                                      Perk Extra chocolaty was purchased on 17-May-18 from a retailer. Found 1 pack of chocolate to be defected, containing only half chocolate. Attached the video for your reference.

                                        My chocolate packet of gems had all small and wrong shaped gems in it. It was not round. Also the quantity was very less when compared to the usual... I really felt very bad when i opened the packet. I was disappointed. I have been a very great fan of cadbury chocolates since my childhood. This is the first time something like this happened with me. I felt like i was fooled. Please take necessary action at your earliest convenience for this. Thankyou.
