Purchased this chocolate bar today (04/08/17) from a store in ghatkopar, mumbai. The entire bar is covered in a foreign black & white substance growing on it, probably fungi.

On ingesting 2 of the pieces without noticing the irregularity i have doubts of what this will do to my health.

The packaging date on this pack says 09/16 19:25. So this is we within the expiry period of 12 months.

Such product quality is never expected from a reputed brand.

    Hello team

    I bought few diary milk lickables for my kids. I opened one for immediate consumption and  was shocked to see that the packet in which the toy was packed was empty.Â

    The kids are excited to buy these kind of chocolates only for the microscopic toy inside it and hence they were extremely disappointed when they couldn't find the toy.

    I am sending the photos of the outside cover and the inside packet which is empty.Â

    Could you please look into it and take the necessary corrective action and also provide me with a resolution for the faulty product that i purchased.
    I sent an email to ([protected]@mdlzindia.com) as soon as i found the fault yesterday but i have still not received any acknowledgment also!!

        Dear sir, whenever we add bournvita to milk and shake it very well, some sand type particles always remains at the bottom of the mug. We notice it when we finish our milk. It is very warm full for our health. Therefore you are requested to do the needfull so that there should be no harm to our health. Please take necessary action as earliest as possible.

          : Cadbury silk Oreo smells like oil
          I bought a cadbury silk Oreo yesterday and opened it today just to find that it smelled like oil and had oil all over its body. Disgusted by the food product. Horrible.             I bought that chocolate from easy day (Ambhrahi, dwarka sec 19, delhi) on 25th july eve. But today when i opened the upper wrap, i found inner packing unsealed and chocolate is smelling like medicine. Also upper part of chocolate is looking like tasted.

              Dear cadbury,
              i am akhil from kerala. Me and my family loved every chocolates from cadbury. But just now i baught a diary milk silk oreo from a retailer, seals where not opened. I opened it and shared it with my family. Every one spit it out. Then i tried, it was horrible. It taste like wax or something. So please ensure the quality of the product. I was planning to give the thing to the food and safety department. But not doing it now. So please ensure u are taking action to maintain the quality. Each and every penny  has value. Please give a quality product for the customers. I felt so bad thats the reason i am writing the mail this late night.

On november 2017 our sales officer madurai ask our current account for transfer display and reward amount from mondelez company. So i had opened a current account in axis bank., but that bank put lot of charges to my account. So i was gave a letter to bank for close my account, and also inform to mondelez sales team that close of axis account and give my syndicate bank account for further transaction.                     I purchased dairy milk oreo from a shop, vadilal scoop shop, karelibaug, in front of hyundai showroom, baroda, gujarat on date 11/7 17, it was smelling very bed and rotten. I returned it to shopkeeper and he offered to exchange it. But even after exchange things remained same. It's again foul smelling and don't seem to be edible.

                      Sir,
                      I purchased two cadbury bournville chocolates from big bazar, abids, hyderabad, telangana and i found they are not genuine as there were holes in the chochlets and hte texture and taste are different from genuine ones. I buy bournville chocolates very frequently. Also the code and date of manufacturing were erased just by finger rubbing. The bar code on my purchased bournville chocolates is same[protected]. I tried to call costomer care toll free number and they several times not listening ans disconnecting my call. I decided not to buy bournville chocolates ever in my life. I am not very pleased about that.

                      When I cut the cadbury dairy milk pack worth ₹10/- i found the whitish colour on chocolate.
                      As we buy product, Dairy milk chocolate on 13/07/2017 at shrinathji Store, opp mujmahuda petrol pump, vadodara and 5 no s of them are fully covered with fungus out of whole Box as shown in picture.

                      Kindly take strict action on dairy milk, because these type of product is not tolerable at all .
                      Please refund the same.

                        I have purchased box of dairy milk (700 g, 56 units*12.5 g each) from reliance mall-bhavnagar to gift a friend, when she opened, cover of two chocolates were unsealed.

                        Date of purchase-07.07.2017

                        As per enclosed pictures. Cover of two chocolates were unsealed. I have never expected cadbury to provide such products to customers. I hope you improve your quality checks and provide appropriate sealed products.

                          Sir i bought a silk oreo from my nearest shopkeeper at july 09, 2017 and give it to my student.
                          when he open the packaging of product it was smelling very badly. when I go back to shopkeeper at july 09, 2017 to change the product he refused to change the product. I asked the reason why you are not changing the product than he replied the product is completely in open condition and half of the quantity of product has been consumed and said The Cadbury India does not change the product when it has consumed condition.

                            It's like I've wasted my 40bucks I just bought that to get that superhero toy (not a fan of Cadbury).
                            After watching a review on YouTube I came to know that there is a spoon also which is missing in my dairy milk lickables..

                              Ate 2 of them without noticing and when i noticed the 3rd one i found a worm crawling out . I was a bit too late since i ate one end of it and the worm had eaten the side of the chocolate.
                              Disguested and disappointed.
                              So opened rest 6 of the cadbury to check. And unbelievably there was some FUNGUS like growth on one of them.

                              I want to create an awareness to all about this
                              HOPING FOR SOME ACTION.

                                I purchased cadbury Oreo chocolate from the shop
                                Shop name : baba ashodharam confectionary
                                Location: alam bagh, lucknow
                                Date : 28 June 2017
                                When I opened the pack of chocolate it was not fresh foul smell came out and when I asked the shopkeeper to replace then he completely denied .
                                Seems he dint stored chocolate in proper cool place although instructions mentioned in pack of chocolate.

                                Request you to kindly favour for the same.

                                Cadbury is very famous brand but this kind of customer dissatisfaction doesnt work .

                                Kindly help for the same .

                                  My self (Srinivas kottur), we had bought cadbury diary milk silk oreo and silk bubbly on 19th june 2017 from m/s. Neeraj chemist, chedda road, dombivli east this morning.

                                  Both were found to be stinking and as we opened the outer cover, its too oily as well.

                                  Seems the standard of your products has gone down. We have the silk oreo with us.

                                  Its also observed from our neighbours that a couple of days back they also faced the same problem when they bought silk bubbly from another shop of our area.

                                    I recently purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Oreo from a nearby convenience store. I was shocked when I opened the outer package, the inner package was drenched in oil and emitted a foul smell when I removed the covers the chocolate stunk of stale oil.
                                    I found similar complaints online, never expected Cadbury to provide such substandard products to customers. I hope you improve your quality checks.
