I bought a Dairy Milk Silk worth Rs..150/- from near by shop( Pkd.10 /2014 ).When I opened the pack to my surprise a small worm was crawling.I could easily see the fungus formation on the chocolate.Which proves that an old chocolate is being sold in new packet.I think this could be the fault of dealer also. My request is that company should look into this matter.

Hi I bought Cadbury Perk Family pack and Diary Milk family pack in end of January 2015 from Nigiris, Rajakilpakkam Chennai. Where i was given a coupon stating that i will be receiving ASSURED GIFT OF 2 FREE MOVIE TICKETS, if i log in and get registered in cadburyhellojoy.bigcityrewards.in. My coupon number is [protected] i received messages on 9th and 10th February, stating that my number was unreachable and i called to the number[protected] on 11th and 12th, none picked call but i was getting charged for making these calls. on 12th February evening somebody from your call centre called me and assured me that issued will be sorted out and asked us to call on 13th February on [protected]. i did but again none picked the call. on 16 th February i am receiving a message that "our repeated attempts to reac you on different intervals to confirm ... call[protected] and place a fresh request" even i tried yesterday around 4pm to the said number and its again unresponsive To what extent are you going to drag us for receiving this ASSURED OFFER from you Is this the way you treat the customers?

Sir, I had purchased Cadbury Dairy Milk Home Treats (20 Minis Pack) in the first week of February 2015 as treat for my children on the occasion of their birthday (Feb 11). The pack was manufactured during September 2014. To our dismay and horror, my daughter in the process of savouring the same found that small holes were there in the chocolate. Upon careful observation, small worms started crawling out of the chocolate. Needless to say, it was quite disgusting more so for a strict vegetarian. How is it that worms crawl into chocolates? It certainly speaks of the hygiene standards in the factory !!! Not expected at all from Cadbury.Please look into it otherwise it may snowball into the problem you had sometime ago and you had to rope in brand ambassador in the form the great AB to overcome it. This time even AB will not be able to bail you out.

Dear, i bought a roasted almond dairy milk worth Rs. 45 from our nearby shop. but it found with no. of worms. so i went to the shop kipper and showed him the package with worms. the cadbory was from the batch of June 2014. then he just gave me the replacement for the same. however it was also from same batch & with worms. same thing we repeated for atleast 4 chocholates from same batch. and the case was same. but for different batch the chocholate was with good condition. i am very much fan of daiy milk and dont expect such things from dairy milk. hope to receive serious action on the packing & storage of the chocholate in proper manner. I bought cadbury dairy milk crackle chocolate today. Date of manufaturing is 07/2014, and expiry date is 12 Months from manufacturing date. Serial Number H40716. I have seen lots of complaints about worms in cadbury products but to my wonder i have never heard anywhere saying some serious actions are taken against them. I believe if everyone starts raising serious complaints about them and filing complaints in consumer court i hope some actions would definitely be taken. Anyway i have decided to give a complaint in consumer court for the same and would like to bring it to the notice of cadburys. Expecting everyones support. Warm Regards Srikant

Hi, I bought cadbury rich dry fruit from greens hyper market kannur -kerala.And found worm inside the chocolate. When I unpacked a chocolate from cadbury ( rich dry fruit ) collection, I found a worm coming out of the chocolate.The manufacturing date is Aug 2014. The box says, best before 8 months from packing. I am sharing this incident as a First information to you as an esteemed company, I am a regular chocolate eater and it was a utter surprise when last week I bought a Dairy Milk Silk and the same was stale and in real bad condition . I eat 2 pieces of it and “Yuks”was the word I utter, it smelt like stale and the taste was not digestible. I had a complete bad day as it hit my health and I was not well for complete 2 days due to the same . Would request you to please look into the same and get the issue rectified. This is to inform you that today I bought a "cadbury dairy milk silk" and its taste is pathetic. 1- I trust this silk cholocate a lot so I always buy it without any doubt but today the quality of product I consumed was soo bad that I had to even spit the consumed bite of it too. 2-I am highly disappointed by this kind of product from the most trusted brand. the normal cadbury of rs.5 and 5star chocolate even tastes better than this one. 3-I would like to draw the your attention that I want you to take an action against this and want answer to it as y I was served with such a poor product. 4-I have paid rs.60 for it and could not get the service for the amount I paid. why? plz take action and Inform me as soon as possible. 5-I still have half the chocolate with me as evidence. 6-if necessary I might take legal actions too but I request you to solve it at our level only

Also it tasted very bad. I got 4 packets of Silk chocolate. and all were in same shape and flavour. Silk is a premium brand of yours. If you are maintaining such a bad quality for your premium brands i wonder if its worth going for cadbury chocolates anymore. Please look into this matter seriously. and try to maintain a standard for cadbury chocolates to get your customer retained to your brand. Yaman

Sir, We bought dairy milk home treat in two different shops in salem, tamilnadu. but the taste differs. One is put manufacture date as 09/14 whereas the other one as 12/14. The 12/14 tastes good but the older pack is not as taste as the new pack, it is something different, hard and pale in color. So we are confused any duplicates are wandering in the city shops. I was bought 3 chocolate for 30 rs.all my chocolate is west. and i loss 30 rs. i will also Attach the emage. return my 30 rs.

I had a British guest who came to visit my family since he had come for first time he wanted to buy some chocolate for my son and my neighbour s children so he bought 2 Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk fruit and nut worth Rs.150 which on opening seemed spoilt. I have complaint to customers care of Cadbury. Please ensure they are notified of poor quality.

This is with regard to the chocolate that I purchased on[protected]. I purchased a Cadbury's Dairymilk worth Rs 5 and what i then experienced was really a set back and a huge disappointment. Its the second time that it is happening with me, and the chocolate that i bought was in such a worst condition that being a chocolate lover i could not dare to eat it. Hello, this is in regards to the degrading quality of dairy milk, I have purchased a Dairy milk silk Fruit n nut but when opened it was like a fungal product.The choclate wrapper has the manufacturing date is 06/14, though it not been the 6 months completed, but it is tasting very bad as if it was fungused. Kindly, check the quality issues.Batch code is H40613 . Please check the products in store & get it replaced in time & check for the quality consistency as well. I have purchased a Dairy milk silk by paying 60 rs but when opened it was like a fungal product. I don't know what actually happened with the quality but the product was not eatable.
