Time- 4 PM 4.15 PM
So therefore requested, kindly provide me all four movie tickets for same movie & same date/timing at earliest.
Yesterday that is 22.2.2015, I received a call from your side which got automatically disconnected in between without giving proper information, I tried to revert back on the same number but could not succeed. I fail to understand when and how i will get four tickets of same movie as till date no clear cut information is provided to me. I therefore request to you to kindly send me tickets details ( Four in no.) urgently by E-mail ( [protected]@gmail.com).
I am to remind you that i requested for movie ticket on 23 feb Or 24 feb, 2015.
Kindly treated as most urgent and follow the mode of communication which is properly recorded and clear to the consumer. you present approach is apparently dubious in nature lack transparency and seriousness. I, am waiting for your urgent reply.

Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
So i registered again for a movie yesterday i.e. 30th march, i was told that i will be getting a confirmation call 24 hrs prior to movie time, which did not happen so i called at around 1 pm yesterday to inquire about confirmation of the booking, to which i was assured a call back by some Mr.faisal within half an hour. as expected i received no call, and again got a message at 7.05 pm saying your call went unanswered, we are cancelling your request and you can make a new request from Monday to Thursday from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm, to which i called at around 11.00 am today i.e. 31st march and now they are saying i cannot make anew request, what the man. i[censored] do not want to give us the movie tickets, simply say no.why trouble us every time, i have called again today at 3.00pm to which i was told that i would be getting a call shortly from a senior executive, but i am yet to receive any, dont know if they are telling the truth and take us seriously.
