Dear Cadbury - I suggest you not to publish any offers if you cannot fulfil the same. Just like all these, I also tried to redeem the voucher No. [protected], and booked for a movie via the authentication codes. However I did not get the tickets.
I did not get any call or code from your marketing deptt. to avail this offer. However, when I tried to call on the number provided, the number was not connecting majority of the time, but i was charged every time as some message was played. I can show you my mobile bills for the same.
On 26th Mar, luckily I was able to connect the number (when tried 10-15 times), then executive told that another executive will call back for the details. However, no call.
On 27th, same thing I was not able to reach to the executive(when tried 10-15 times). I opted another date as 30th Mar.
So I again called on 30th Mar, to confirm the status. They told that the voucher has been canceled as they dialled my number, and no one picked the phone.
They simply ignore the 30th Mar date as well. when I asked that to transfer the call to their superviser, they told, the supervisor is busy and cannot attend the call. Such a pity on your company where the complaint cell itself is not attending the compliants.
Sorry to say, but this is a kind of fraud activities that Cadbury is doing. There are lot many other companies who are selling products much better than you. and I feel that we all should associate with them and feel proud rather than associating with a fraud company like yours and feel depressed everynow and then.

Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
So i registered again for a movie yesterday i.e. 30th march, i was told that i will be getting a confirmation call 24 hrs prior to movie time, which did not happen so i called at around 1 pm yesterday to inquire about confirmation of the booking, to which i was assured a call back by some Mr.faisal within half an hour. as expected i received no call, and again got a message at 7.05 pm saying your call went unanswered, we are cancelling your request and you can make a new request from Monday to Thursday from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm, to which i called at around 11.00 am today i.e. 31st march and now they are saying i cannot make anew request, what the man. i[censored] do not want to give us the movie tickets, simply say no.why trouble us every time, i have called again today at 3.00pm to which i was told that i would be getting a call shortly from a senior executive, but i am yet to receive any, dont know if they are telling the truth and take us seriously.
