It is indeed very disappointing to complaint against India's premium Chocolate Brand "Cadbury Dairy Milk". After endorsing Mr Amitabh Bachan with an almost year long campaign regards to Improved packaging, I spooted poor packaging and fungus in Cadbury Dairy Milk Attaching Reference photographs. On opening a bournville (rich cocoa) I found it is has developed a fungus layer and some small whole also there on the top. I bought it in indore and it was manufactured in Oct'14 so it was no where it expiry(9 months) and CODES IS T41028.. Dear sir/madam I had bought 2 boxes of cadbury nutties from a reputed store in lokhandwala (mumbai) for my daughter who is 4 years old... she loves your dairy milk silk and cadbury nutties and when she opened the box it was stale n all the chocolate around the nut was almost white and flaky and it was all falling... my first thought was to throw it away thinking it was stale and i immediately checked the expiry period to make sure it not an expired product. i have no photo proof to back it. We all love cadbury chocolates in our house and we have eaten this from our childhood just wanted to make sure that the product is checked well before distribution as for all occassions and celebration most o[censored]s buy your products and i hope i never come across such an situation. i have purchased today cadbury dairy milk from manorama store, derawal nagar delhi. It is alleged that the said product contained filthy, rotten, decomposed worms(cock roach) and was contaminated adulterated and unfit for human consumption. The product was hazardous to life and safety and contravenes the standards relating to quality and safety.This is quite ridiculuos to hear this thing from cadbury world's reowned brand could have such a manufacturing defect. pls recall the entire batch. The said product has been mafuctured on january 2015. Such degraded products are not expected from cadbury. I would seek consumer forum's help

Hi, I have purchase a Cadbury Dairy milk chocolate wherein, I have found fungus all around & worm too. This was highly unexpected because, daily milk is my favourite chocolate . I was founded a small caterpillar outside the pouch but in sided the air tight container at which i placed a pouch. Finally i was emptied whole pouch and see that much more caterpillars founded in the pouch. I was shocked and picked photos regarded these abnormalities. Dear Sir/Madam, I have noticed Brown color worm inside the chocolate when eaten. From that I am getting continuous vomiting. I am surprised that the Brand like Cadbury products are having Imminent Health Risks to consumers. I bought a Cadbury Dairy Milk (Rs.25) from on of the Reliance stores and upon opening of the package I found only half of the chocolate in the wrapper. It looks like its been eaten or broken before hand. This is not something I expected from Cadbury CODE: K50306

Dear Cadbury - I suggest you not to publish any offers if you cannot fulfil the same. Just like all these, I also tried to redeem the voucher No. [protected], and booked for a movie via the authentication codes. However I did not get the tickets. I did not get any call or code from your marketing deptt. to avail this offer. However, when I tried to call on the number provided, the number was not connecting majority of the time, but i was charged every time as some message was played. I can show you my mobile bills for the same. On 26th Mar, luckily I was able to connect the number (when tried 10-15 times), then executive told that another executive will call back for the details. However, no call. On 27th, same thing I was not able to reach to the executive(when tried 10-15 times). I opted another date as 30th Mar. So I again called on 30th Mar, to confirm the status. They told that the voucher has been canceled as they dialled my number, and no one picked the phone. They simply ignore the 30th Mar date as well. when I asked that to transfer the call to their superviser, they told, the supervisor is busy and cannot attend the call. Such a pity on your company where the complaint cell itself is not attending the compliants. Sorry to say, but this is a kind of fraud activities that Cadbury is doing. There are lot many other companies who are selling products much better than you. and I feel that we all should associate with them and feel proud rather than associating with a fraud company like yours and feel depressed everynow and then. hi this is about the TV ad bourneville where a old guy get hit or slapped while explaining about the chocolate, well i found the TV add quite rude and offensive, for me and kids too, where has your creativity gone, that ad doesn't want me to buy that product.

Had bought 10 cadbury silk chocolate on 26th March 2015. Had to gift all my colleagues as my farewell gift. I found worm in one of the chocolate. we went with the brand name of cadbury and trusted that it would provide us best quality product. with this incidence I am shocked and surprised that company has not taken enough step to ensure best quality product. this incidence made me feel embarrassed in front of my colleagues. I hope this complaint would be eye opener for company and all o[censored]s who believe to gift cadbury chocolates to our loved ones and also to the kids to show our love. Sir, I have a retail store named Bachat Bazaar (a unit of M/s Retail Kart Solution Pvt. Ltd.) at sector 8 Dwarka New Delhi I have purchased the tang from your authorized distributor Pawan Trading but all stock he supplied is expired. I have sell all, but costumer come back with the expired tang and I called your SO Mr. Rajeev but there is no respones from any of them.
