    Had bought 10 cadbury silk chocolate on 26th March 2015. Had to gift all my colleagues as my farewell gift. I found worm in one of the chocolate. we went with the brand name of cadbury and trusted that it would provide us best quality product. with this incidence I am shocked and surprised that company has not taken enough step to ensure best quality product. this incidence made me feel embarrassed in front of my colleagues. I hope this complaint would be eye opener for company and all o[censored]s who believe to gift cadbury chocolates to our loved ones and also to the kids to show our love.           Sir, I have a retail store named Bachat Bazaar (a unit of M/s Retail Kart Solution Pvt. Ltd.) at sector 8 Dwarka New Delhi I have purchased the tang from your authorized distributor Pawan Trading but all stock he supplied is expired. I have sell all, but costumer come back with the expired tang and I called your SO Mr. Rajeev but there is no respones from any of them.

            Today, I have purchased a cadbury dairy milk chocolate but there is no packing paper(white and golden paper).Still I have the same chocolate with me as an evidence.As I am an advocate, I know I can sue the cadbury in the un-packaging case. Few years back, there was a case of insects inside the cadbury chocolate, after that case cadbury was doing the double layer packing. How the cadbury would like to take this issue or else I will sue???

              Sir, I registered for free movie tickets on 15th march at 11:30 am. From then I didn't receive any call from the agency. I tried to call on [protected] on 18th march, but it seems phones are not working. On 19th I received a call from same no. (Called by some Mr. Nazir at 9:38am) mentioning that my call got dropped & he took my registration no & asked me to call after 10:30 to confirm registration.                 I am shocked that Cadbury India promulgates violence in order to sell chocolate. Is this the best you can do ? India is trying to educate it's people NOT TO RESORT TO VIOLENCE and you think it's humour. Wake up please and change your tactics.

                  sir/madam i have registered for free movie tickets using hello joy voucher no [protected] they said the costumer representative will call u to confirm book tickets but sir/madam i received the call (sunday 15th march 2015) but they didnt confirm the ticket they did not wait until i response to there questioo they said again they will call on monday 16th march but they didn't call i tried to reach them but there line was busy when i called them on tuesday 17th march they are telling your request has been cancelled i[censored] want to book tickets u should again call on 26th or 27th march my question is this how u serve the costumer and cancel the registration before u interact or bring notice to customer about cancellation of request

                    On 13 Mar 2015 & 14 Mar 2015 I, tried for Registered the "Hello Joy voucher for 2 Free movie tickets" but it is neither registered nor generate any authentication no. Today (17/03/2015) again try for registration the first time received a comment “Registration for this voucher has expired 3/15/2015 12:00:00 AM”.                     MY VOUCHER NO. [protected] from mobile no [protected], HAD BEEN REGISTERED FOR A MOVIE FIRST ON 16TH MARCH, BUT I GOT A MSG SAYING "OUR REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO CALL U WENT UNANSWERED, SO WE ARE CANCELLING THIS REQUEST AND YOU CAN PLACE A NEW REQUEST ON MONDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 10.30 AM TO 5.30 PM,
                    So i registered again for a movie yesterday i.e. 30th march, i was told that i will be getting a confirmation call 24 hrs prior to movie time, which did not happen so i called at around 1 pm yesterday to inquire about confirmation of the booking, to which i was assured a call back by some Mr.faisal within half an hour. as expected i received no call, and again got a message at 7.05 pm saying your call went unanswered, we are cancelling your request and you can make a new request from Monday to Thursday from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm, to which i called at around 11.00 am today i.e. 31st march and now they are saying i cannot make anew request, what the man. i[censored] do not want to give us the movie tickets, simply say no.why trouble us every time, i have called again today at 3.00pm to which i was told that i would be getting a call shortly from a senior executive, but i am yet to receive any, dont know if they are telling the truth and take us seriously.

                    Code: T50205 B3 Pkd: 02/15 ₹5 bar The texture is powdery. Feels like ants ate it. Tongue is slightly itchy. Now these bars have no quality, no taste and can even be hazardous.I recommend not to buy any more cadbury bars.

                        I was glad to receive cadbury as a gift but only to my utter dismay found it in a terrible condition !!
                        I am no specialist in identifying what's wrong with the choc but I am sure the one which I had in my hand was not edible.
                        Such incidents blow a heavy dent to a customer's confidence in company's brand name besides playing with the health of consumers.
                        Instead of paying heavy sums to celebrities for endorsing brands, invest the same amount in assuring quality checks !!

                          I have a outlet named "BABY BAZAR" addressed at "F-48, STREET NO.16, MADHU VIAHR, I.P.EXTN., DELHI-92".Its a self serviced counter and a well renouned counter in this area. There are only two counters of this type in this market. This is to inform you that the behaviour of your sales executive is totally not bearable . He is displaying such a bad image of your company on this counter that we have decided that we will not continue to keep your products on our counter. He has such a attitude that today his words were " Maat rakho humhara saman..Agr tum nahi rakhoge th kya humhara saman nahi bikega kya..? Lauta dena humhara fridge. " Is this is for which we are knowing cadbury till now. We were not hoping for such kind of attitude from a sales representative of such a renouned company. This is worst of all. Kindly see to this so that other counters should not face this type of problem in near future and the image of the company should not get dirty.

                            I had bought two chocolates of Cadbury Dairy Milk from Andheri Railway Station for the Regular consumption. once I had open the Pack I got shocked that there is no inside wrapper warped on one of the chocolate and also it was totally smashed and Powdered(Attached is the Images)and not in the its original Form. Since I had seen that pack carefully its showing that it was to much damaged by insects from inside of the pack. I would like to lodge complaint against the Mondelez India Foods Private Limited (Formerly Cadbury India Ltd.) For the Playing with the Life of the People.                             I am disappointed by Cadbury quality. This is the 3rd time I’m facing this issue and this is not acceptable.
                            I brought 4 Dairy Milk bars (The 10 Rupee ones) and all these packets had dried bars that got completely disintegrated to powder. I threw away everything.

                            Looks like in Cadbury you can clearly distinguish the quality standard for the premium and cheap offerings (Like 2 worlds)
                            I can blindly say that the quality for Slik, Temptations, Bournville, etc (The premium kinds will be good) I have never faced any issues with it.

                            But its a different story for Dairy Milk bars worth 5 or 10 bucks. Its like chocolate bars made for poor cousins or compromise in quality.
                            I don’t think Cadbury really cares and will probably continue to focus on the premium space which matters. This is bad. Do share your views if you plan to improve. [protected]@gmail.com

                            I purchased a slab of choclate from Spar Mount Edgecombe, only to go home and find out that it was turning white and tasted terrible. Please provide feedback as I am very disapointed. Please respond to me via my e-mail address.

                            2 piece missing and foul smell coming from it

                            i brought dairy milk silk of rs 150. when i opened it i found 2 pieces of it missing and very foul smell was coming. it was not worth eating

                                    I bought a Dairy Milk Silk worth Rs..150/- from near by shop( Pkd.10 /2014 ).When I opened the pack to my surprise a small worm was crawling.I could easily see the fungus formation on the chocolate.Which proves that an old chocolate is being sold in new packet.I think this could be the fault of dealer also. My request is that company should look into this matter.

                                      Hi I bought Cadbury Perk Family pack and Diary Milk family pack in end of January 2015 from Nigiris, Rajakilpakkam Chennai. Where i was given a coupon stating that i will be receiving ASSURED GIFT OF 2 FREE MOVIE TICKETS, if i log in and get registered in cadburyhellojoy.bigcityrewards.in. My coupon number is [protected] i received messages on 9th and 10th February, stating that my number was unreachable and i called to the number[protected] on 11th and 12th, none picked call but i was getting charged for making these calls. on 12th February evening somebody from your call centre called me and assured me that issued will be sorted out and asked us to call on 13th February on [protected]. i did but again none picked the call. on 16 th February i am receiving a message that "our repeated attempts to reac you on different intervals to confirm ... call[protected] and place a fresh request" even i tried yesterday around 4pm to the said number and its again unresponsive To what extent are you going to drag us for receiving this ASSURED OFFER from you Is this the way you treat the customers?
