Dear Sir,

It's a matter of great sadness that I being constrained too write against the company that I loved and trusted since childhood... And which enjoys the same pan India and abroad.

Some days back, I picked up a pack of my loved Diary Milk Silk chocolate from a shop in Link Road, Cuttack, Odisha, India.

What followed later was beyond the word SHOCKING AND LIFE THREATENING...

NEARLY CHOCKED WHILE EATING A PIECE OF THE CHOCOLATE BY PLASTIC !!
WHICH FORMED AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE CHOCOLATE...

Updated by Bires After long follow-up they responded and collected the product for further investigation ----- "Hi,
Acknowledging the receipt of the sample. The same has been dispatched for analysis " dated 9th May'17. Overall, I would say that the Customer Complaint handling is very pathetic - moreover, when the concern is as sensitive as this one.
