[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — cadbury silk oreo chocolate fully distorted | |||
We purchased a cadbury silk oreo chocolate for rs 160. When we opened, it was fully distorted and we could not eat it. When complained to shopkeeper, following things were told to us 1) now that chocolate is opened, company may not accept the complaint. This is very funny. Unless we open it how do we know that it is faulty. Or company expects that we should do x ray like checking of each chocolate! 2) this is due to melting of chocolate in hot summer and is normal phenomenon and you must accept this. This is ridiculous. We expect that such a big company must ensure that we get a good product in hand without giving any reasons and excuses 3) company does not accept complaints from shopkeeper and customer must complaint separately. I request company to stop this practice as we are not free to keep on complaining at different locations Please take necessary corrective action and inform us Regards D. V.
