I have bought a cadbury silk oreo on 8th of august 2017 from a nearby store but after having opening it smell like some kinda oil something even i afraid to taste it. It was the first time we had such a bad experience with this cadbury i have the cadbury piece as a proof and i go to the shopkeeper for this thing he told me to contact to customer support so i registered a complain on 9th august and i was told that it has been replaced within a weeks time but still after 15 days i havent got any call or replacement. Called up your customer care thrice but every time they said wait for 2-3 days, i want u to take some strict action against it and find out the reason of this smelly bad taste of oreo cadbury silk oreo as have read and heard of this same problem with many before complaining it to u and m sure u would have had such kinda complaint before. We had got Silk Bubbly and when opened we found worm and insect inside the chocolate. Have necessary proofs for the same.
One of my kid already ate a piece of it and I am worried if anything could happen to him.
