Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious quality issue I experienced with a Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate that I purchased on 13 January 2026.

When I opened the chocolate, I was shocked to find that it contained fungus. Additionally, the wrapper did not have any visible expiry date, which is very concerning for a food product. This incident has caused me great disappointment and raised serious questions about product safety and quality control.

Cadbury is a brand trusted by millions, and I have always believed in its quality. Receiving a spoiled product like this not only affects trust but also poses a potential health risk.

I request you to kindly look into this matter
