Address:Hyderabad, Telangana

Greetings team,

I have been and ardent fan of your products since I knew life, but off late have stopped their purchase and consumption post receiving several updates from friends and family that your products are not fit for consumption by Muslims as per the Islamic doctrine of Halaal. I am told that there are several emulsifiers, gelatin, preservatives, etc. used as ingredients of your products, that are derived/prepared from pork and/or animal fat. Additionally, I had read that Cadburys was banned in Malaysia on the same grounds.
I am a man of reason and hence wanted to hear it from you'll. Kindly confirm with rationale if and why your products can be consumed by Muslims in view of the halaal guidelines. Please understand that, this is really important for me to know.

Much appreciated...awaiting a speedy reply.

Cheers!

Team,

I urge you'll to read my initial message carefully and if you find it difficult to decipher simple English, get someone to translate it for you.

Where is the question of me..."tweeting/ retweeting or otherwise spreading incorrect and/or inflammatory rumours"???

If I were your a fore stereotyped rumor-monger...I wouldn't have written to you'll for confirmation/clarification in the first place. In fact I am trying to break a rumor for you and clear the air. Kindly refrain for typecasting people and understand your role and the stature of the company you represent.

I am extremely disappointed and highly offended...and I feel I owe an apology!
