[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Dairy milk silk product | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, Today I Bought a dairy milk silk candy bar from a store nearby for my daughter in the eve of Independence day. I was really disgusted to find the entire bar of candy littered with white spots, removed as it is from packaging and has a unfamiliar and foul taste with bad oily smell. The bar has lost its smooth texture and has white granules all over it even though only 2 months old! The packaging was in place with no tear or open end so there's not bacterial or fungal activity. Please look into the matter as this has previously also occurred with cad bury selling bad products to consumers. Please find enclosed pics and do the needful.
