Sir i bought a silk oreo from my nearest shopkeeper at july 09, 2017 and give it to my student. when he open the packaging of product it was smelling very badly. when I go back to shopkeeper at july 09, 2017 to change the product he refused to change the product. I asked the reason why you are not changing the product than he replied the product is completely in open condition and half of the quantity of product has been consumed and said The Cadbury India does not change the product when it has consumed condition.
