[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — insects in dairy milk 5 rs. chocolates | |||
We bought 2 boxes of 5 rs. Dairy milk on 17/01/18 from vraj parlour, vraj vihar-7, prahladnagar, satellite, ahmedabad to be distributed in school on the occasion of our daughter's birthday. We received complaint today that from the school that several chocolates had insects in the product. It was a big embarrassment and my wife unfortunately returned one box left back to the shop. The parents and school may further escalate this incident further. The vraj parlour shop rather than discarding the box, kept it back for further sale. Kindly act to prevent further damage to the health of children who may consume it and result in further complaints. Such contaminated product is not expected from a reputed company like yourself. We hv received cadbury celebration pack which was having paking date 24/09/2017. All the chocolate r spoiled in side the pack. It cld hv harm the children if they wld hv eaten that.
