I bought a 6 piece chocobakes of cadbury. But upon opening the pack only 5 pieces were found inside.
Complaint was made and their customer service executive says, i will come and give you the 1 piece missing, but they refuse to provide an email acknowledging that they made this error and that they will take measures to prevent such in the future.
But they are refusing to acknowledge the problem officially.
It seems that there could be a larger problem at hand and they dont want to accept. Was this information helpful? |
