My order number is[protected] and it was supposed to deliver by 20th November but it is not shipped yet and customer service representative doesn't have any information regarding shipping.

You are playing with emotions of customer i have ordered it for event and you simply cancelling oder and telling that you are refunding money is that enough.
If you can't fulfill the requirement of customer then simply stop receiving order.
