Dear sir/madam. Very sorry to say but i never expect such a hopeless response from a multi national company like cadbury india. I have inform you both by email and telephonically that both the cadbury maha pack price 40 rupees each are found to be fungus infected. And in response you informed me that your representative will visit to check the item. But till today none of your representative came to my house yet. Response to customer through mails and calls will not be addressed effectively. Please file a complaint with your area District Designated Officer (Food Safety) to look into your issues

The cadburies that I bought a few days ago have this white, spiny mould on them. I asked for a recompensation and was told that an inspection of the product would be done. No one has come yet and I am extremely disappointed.
