[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Sent Partial order and now not working to solve the issue
I had ordered a gift hamper on the occasion of rakhi for my sister. When the delivery person came for delivering the package, by seeing the package it was clear that something was wrong. Hence I made a unboxing video of the package which clearly shows that the order was partial not the full order. Hence I dropped a mail to them on 22nd August, 23rd August, 29th August for my issue. Also not only this I also used to call them everyday on their toll free number & those people were just saying that they have sent a mail to *JOY DELIVERIES* Team.
Not only this the quality of photoframe was very very bad and that is not for what we pay them for.
