Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — spoiled cadbury dairy milk from 2 weeks of manufacturing

Recently I bought Dairy milk. when the outer covering of the packet was opened. I found that it was spoiled and was giving a really bad taste. when I went to the seller they told me they cannot do anything and I had to contact the manufacturer for it. I tried to call the customer service but the number given[protected] was invalid. The date of manufacturing was 2/19.
