[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — stinking silk oreo | |||
I bought 2 silk oreos yesterday. The whole package smelled of leaked oil and was stinking. The outer packages seemed drenched in oil, and the whole chocolate smelled of stale oil. I checked the ecpiry date but it was not expired. Taking in sight, high prices of orep silks, i want an apology as well as replacement of my chocolates that too as soon as possible. I purchased cadbury fuse today from the store nearby and upon opening I could see worms inside. It was packed on 11/17 and has got an expiry of 9 months. How could we trust you if this is the case. I used to buy chocolates for years and this is the first time I tried cadbury fuse have this terrifying experience with. This is really bad thing

The chocolate has crumbly texture, improper taste and improper colour, seemed to be as if it is expired and packed in new packing.
I have the chocolate packet with me.
