There are so many competitors in the Indian Market along with the new one Schmitten chocolates
Should I switch to Schmitten chocolates forever from Cadburry or suggest my friend-circle to not to have cadburry?
You being an International brand of the chocolates is not so serious about the quality of your product, then who would be responsible?
I am not interested in spoiling your brand image by going to consumer care for claim without intimating your organisation.
There are so many peoples in the India who might be facing such problems and might not be registering the complain.
