Money Refund — to raise chargeback for my account

I am raunak raj an account holder in syndicate bank branch bailey road ifsc code:-synb0007406 a/c no:-[protected]. On i got a refund from irctc but it won't get credited to my account till now as i contacted to their customer service they told me to go to branch and raise chargeback against the given arn number. Please provide me details to get out of it as i am currently working in nashik and my bank is in patna.
