I borrowed a loan from moneyView app i was paying my all the EMI's on time, and for April month i made pre-payment so it can make a good impact on my CIBIL score, but moneyview did not updated my payment it's been 1 and half month, i dropped 9 mails on different different date with the attachment of the payment screenshot, requested call back from the application 4 times but did not got any response from the mail or callback. now they started charging me late fees, i am baring NACH charges, it is impacting on my CIBIL, they are sending me messages and mails again and again, sending field executive. trying to call customer care, every time it is saying that all executives are busy right now after 15-20 minutes hold and call will disconnect.
