Money View Loans — emi auto debited, but money view still asking to pay same emi with penalty charges

My loan id is[protected]. I got a loan amount of Rs.50000 transferred to me by Money View on 24th march 2019.My bank auto debit is enabled on 5th of every month and first Emi was paid smoothly on May 6th as may 5th may was Sunday. But for my second Emi the Emi amount has been debited from my bank account on 6th June(5th june was holiday for eid), but money view sending me sms and mails showing i am at default and Rs.500 has already been charged extra for the default and asking me to pay the second Emi plus Rs. 500. Also the customer care number of Money View is out of reach and now the will charge me daily penalty. Meanwhile sms/mails also coming from Money View that all these things are happening due to their technical errors. My complaint is that Why they are penalising me for their own Errors. I will not pay a single extra amount to money view. They need to reverse the wrong penalty charges incurred on me.I want call back from Money View on my mobile number [protected]. I am very very disappointed.
