Money View Loans — money view - harassment and abusive language

I borrowed a loan from moneyview and had 6 emis to be paid. I already paid 5 emis and then 1 is due which is a bit delayed and for which i requested for extension and doing then same before 20th jan. Anyway, these people are adding charges on each day delay which i am even fine with that.

But then comes the real picture, these people hire fake police, lawyers and goons (Which are not but some xyz agencies). Now those people started calling, impersonating themselves as police and lawyers from legal departments. I had affirmed them as well that very soon i will pay the pending emi, and told them that i had communicated this with moneyview team as well.

Then after one day, they started calling to anyone (From my phone directly which they keep with them during sign-up) and used abusive language and misbehavior. This is complete unprofessionalism and i would like to know that this is the authority govt is giving to any such people. I am not sure where the law is residing nowadays?

There are plenty of mushroom mobile loan companies offering hefty interest rates (Which should not be compliant as per govt rule). They deduct your emis beforehand giving you the money and they show hefty amount deduction in processing charges. (And they keep all your personal, banking and professional data with them which is against privacy violation)

I think govt is sleeping and have no take on these undercurrent situations. These companies are doing anything they want and making whatever is not complaint.
