Money View Loans — NOC not received

My loan I'd is DMI[protected] which is already closed but when I checked my credit score there one account is default. Loan I'd is DMI[protected] and overdue amount Rs 1320/- . And I'm inform to you over mail and call last 6 month but still not resolved
