I had closed my account with money tap a year ago and now a year later I have been getting email requests to pay Rs806 for RBL bank every other day . I have raised my concerns to both money tap and RBL bank and nobody is coming forward to help me solve this . I have an email conversation on preclosing the account with money tap. My issue hasn't been resolved yet. I still get email to pay . I preclosed the loan a year ago. Why is not anyone responding on this I am tired of writing emails to you people. I don't have any money to pay I have paid in full . Can you somebody from money tap/RBL look into this please . This kind of emails everyday is definitely making blood pressure high.
