MoneyTap — Noc not received

I have foreclosed all the loans on 10th August 2022. I have not received NOC yet. I am struggling to get NOC. I am calling them daily, but their number is either out of coverage area or it is wrong number. I have also mailed multiple times but still not received any reply from their end. They are just giving excuses. It's been 20 days now. They are not giving NOC. Pleased help
