Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from Moneytap executive as there is no helpline number available to solve our issue they have online mail id to respond. The number which the executive call is ±917406008883 he apologized for the delay and guaranteed me that i will get my refund within 72hrs so he told me to send my bank details with ifsc on the mail id of moneytap and also requested me to remove this complaint and if the money is not refunded he told me to call him back. So as he has given me words of returning I marked my complaint as resolved.

Updated by sap772007 The person still not send me my money and just saying daily that amount will be transferred tomorrow but still now no amout is refunded as its more than 3 months and now moneytap is making fool of everyone.Really Troubling common people and using common man money and earning heavy interest.This is called Money tap services really pathatic service.

Updated by sap772007 Myself Swapnil Payal has taken loan from Moneytap.Account LXMUM[protected]. I had paid all the amount whose link was https://t.co/RPwe2aHueb .Whose payment I had cleared already on 20th May 2022 and already accepted by Moneytap and Incred.After paying the foreclosure amount fully that was 49938/- then also Moneytap deducted the EMI amount i.e 10249/- on 5th of June 2022 from that day i am continuously taking followups by mailing and constantly calling to Incred as Moneytap has there 2 customer care numbers([protected]/[protected]) which are in non-responding mode.Everytime I mail i get reply that the issue will get sort in 5-7 working days from Moneytap staff named Neil F Corrie And Swamy Jha and from Incred they give me ticket number that are (T[protected] and T[protected]) .Kindly look into this issue as I am totally dissapointed with Moneytap. Kindly refund my hard earned money ASAP as it's been more than a 3 months and still I don't receive any refunds but 1 thing they tell me that just put a resolved mark from yourside.
