Dear Sir,

Money tap customer care are irresponsive and not attending mails to issue my NOC even after foreclosing personal loan. Please kindly address the situation. They are trying to do ECS even after loan foreclosure

    Noc not received

    I have foreclosed all the loans on 10th August 2022. I have not received NOC yet. I am struggling to get NOC. I am calling them daily, but their number is either out of coverage area or it is wrong number. I have also mailed multiple times but still not received any reply from their end. They are just giving excuses. It's been 20 days now. They are not giving NOC. Pleased help...

    I did not pay my August month emi so they are troubling me a lot I need some time to pay my emi the collection agents are harassing me by emails by emails they are not listening at all my email ID raksha.n.[protected]@gmail.com pls slove my problem I have attached the screen shot of emails from money tap app collection agents

      I am writing this mail regarding someone from moneytap called today regarding some loan pending on account of Subhash Pawar.
      I am his son and today my mother received a call from someone in moneytap stating that subhash pawar has not paid loan amount of 1900 which we have no knowledge of.
      2 ladies started abusing my mother who has no idea from where and when did my father took loan from and they started using obscene language...

      I have sent MoneyTap multiple emails and also called on the given number on the website but there is no response from them.

      I haven't used MoneyTap for more than a year and found out it has been affecting my cibil record to which I requested to close the account but I haven't received any response from them.

                On 25th June 2022 i tried to withdraw Rs.40000 through moneytap app.

                The process did not complete stating technical error and asked not to try for 36hr.

                on 27th i raised a complain to the RBL customer care and sent a mail to the money tap team, to sort out the issue and i was in urgent need of money.

                it has been 25days i have been contacting the customer care and through mail. The RBL team said it is moneytap problem, and asked to send mail to them i have sending frequent reminder mail to them but they have not sorted out my problem

                  i am fed up sending emails to them regarding foreclose of loan they are able to send mail that they are increasing interest rate but dont have time to respond to forclosue email how sad. No customer care nobody replies such a fake company

                    I have mailed several time asking for foreclosure amount but the team is not providing and when they provide the link is already expired by which we cant foreclose the loan, worst experience with this moneytap loan
                    Hi, Shekar.

                    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

                    We are happy to inform you that now you can foreclose your loans from the app(Android device) itself. Please follow the below steps for the same:

                    1. Open the app and click on the 'Menu' option on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
                    2. Click on the 'Loan Settling' option.
                    3. Click on the 'Check Eligible Loans' option.
                    4. Select the loan you want to foreclose on and click on 'Continue'.
                    5. Select the reason for the foreclosure and click on 'Submit & Continue.
                    6. You will be taken to the Foreclosure Summary screen which will have the foreclosure breakup and the outstanding amount to be paid.
                    7. Click on 'Continue to Pay'.

                    Once you make the payment, you will be able to check the status of the same by clicking on 'Foreclosure Status' in Loan Settling.

                    Note: In case you are not able to see the option of foreclosure then please re-install the app again.

                          I have to give[protected] stars but no option.
                          The customer team simply telling we will resolve the issue but no response. I am not getting why foreclosure taking 8 days. I am ending up paying 8 days intrest. I don't think this month I will get close the loan. Waste of support here... Sll false promises and waste support. Improve the process for foreclosure in the app itself. Is this delay because you want more intrest money from us. Don't do this things it will lose trust on the app users.

                              Hello,

                              Myself Swapnil Payal has taken loan from https://t.co/rD3POj9lfl account LXMUM[protected]. I had paid all the amount whose link was https://t.co/RPwe2aHueb .Whose payment I had cleared already on 20th May 2022 and already accepted by Moneytap and Incred.After paying the foreclosure amount fully that was 49938/- then also Moneytap deducted the EMI amount i.e 10249/- on 5th of June 2022 from that day i am continuously taking followups by mailing and constantly calling to Incred as Moneytap has there 2 customer care numbers([protected]/[protected]) which are in non-responding mode.Everytime I mail i get reply that the issue will get sort in 5-7 working days from Moneytap staff named Neil F Corrie And Swamy Jha and from Incred they give me ticket number that are (T[protected] and T[protected]) .Kindly look into this issue as I am totally dissapointed with Moneytap. Kindly refund my hard earned money ASAP as it's been more than a month.

                              I got a call from Moneytap executive as there is no helpline number available to solve our issue they have online mail id to respond. The number which the executive call is ±917406008883 he apologized for the delay and guaranteed me that i will get my refund within 72hrs so he told me to send my bank details with ifsc on the mail id of moneytap and also requested me to remove this complaint and if the money is not refunded he told me to call him back. So as he has given me words of returning I marked my complaint as resolved.

                              The person still not send me my money and just saying daily that amount will be transferred tomorrow but still now no amout is refunded as its more than 3 months and now moneytap is making fool of everyone.Really Troubling common people and using common man money and earning heavy interest.This is called Money tap services really pathatic service.

                              Only 1 month or continuously every month debiting after full payment also?

                                I have closed the account with MoneyTap but the account closure is not updated on CIBIL and it shows that there is amount overdue from my side for loan number: DMI[protected]. I have reached out to MoneyTap numerous times on Twitter and on emails for the past two years to update CIBIL and remove the overdue, but so far no action has been taken and this is affecting my credit score. I request you to please intervene and help me getting this resolved
