MoneyTap — Regarding to getting NOC

Dear Sir

Yogesh Kumar Sharma here, my registered number on the money tap is [protected]. I opened a money tap account around one year back I never did any transaction. Now I want to close my account and Get No objection certificate from MoneyTap, but MoneyTap don't provide any helpline number and they are not responding on mails properly . please help

Issue not resolved . They are (Money tap) only asking why you want to close the credit line . They do not talk on issue

Dear sir
My name is yogesh Kumar Sharma and my money tap account or mobile number is [protected].
i want to close my credit line, regarding this I mailed to money tap so many times but my credit line is not closed. this is the very poor response from the money tap . i am attaching some screenshots of previous mail. if my credit line will not close within three days I will go to consumer court definitely.
