Monginis Cake — Advance paid for cake but cake was not delivered

This is to bring your notice that, as per you given details I was booked cake yesterday for the occasion of my Sister birthday which should be deliver on today up to evening, but I was felt bad experience from moginis as once place the order my sister received one called from your nearest outlet ans asked to host to collect the cake from their shop. As receiver has very busy from morning and continuous travel so they are not able to bring cake from their shop.I really surprised to seem such pathetic service such a brand. I was 100% advance paid against this order. However please arrange to refund my all payment alongwith clarification immediately.
