I placed my order through your website at 2:15 Pm today (01/01/23)
The money has also been deducted from my account, but there is no information about the order on your website.
I had put the address of your JB Nagar branch, I called there also they are saying they haven't received any such order.

Request you to please look into it as soon as possible, and get me my order details

Today I had bought Rasmalai cake from Virar East for my daughter's birthday, when we cut the cake and ate it, it tasted very sour and did not feel good to eat.

I ordered cake of 450 rs from shop near csmt.they gave me brownie 6 pieces that cost is 360 only.i called them but they talk me rudely.i want compensation.never expected such cheap behaviour from a reputed company.

Have noticed this on 3 different occasions, whenever any one from my family has had the chicken burger from this location we have had food poisoning, vomiting and severe dehydration the very next day. The issues persist for 2-3 days until we feel good again.

I would like to draw your attention towards an arrogant, rude, foul & impolite behaviour of staff of Monginis cake shop located at Danesh Sheikh Lane, Howrah-711109, West Bengal, Landmark- Andul Road, Near Danesh Sheikh Lane Bus Stand!

It’s been a practice for all the staffs working in this shop to behave in a very arrogant & rude manner towards their customers for quite a long time now! They don’t even bother raising their voice on top & arguing unnecesarily with the customers! Rest aside, being impolite & sometimes even using foul languages out of anger! They are least concerned about customer’s choice & requirements, instead they keep on arguing on petty things & matters which are actually not required, more so, ehen they are treating in an ill manner towards the customers! I would request you to kindly intervene & make sure the staffs are changed completely & recruit few professional staffs who knows how to attend their customers!

This is to bring your notice that, as per you given details I was booked cake yesterday for the occasion of my Sister birthday which should be deliver on today up to evening, but I was felt bad experience from moginis as once place the order my sister received one called from your nearest outlet ans asked to host to collect the cake from their shop. As receiver has very busy from morning and continuous travel so they are not able to bring cake from their shop.I really surprised to seem such pathetic service such a brand. I was 100% advance paid against this order. However please arrange to refund my all payment alongwith clarification immediately.

Yesterday, I bought a black and white forest heart shaped cake from behala tram depot store. The store given me a stale cake, the cake was not at all fresh. It was 2-3days old. The breads softness was gone and the cream was hard. You people just spoiled the birthday. I paid 425 online to them. I want my money back

I ordered cake and also add sparkle candle but didn't received candle...i also told the monginis customer care tyey tokd me to refund will be refkect within 24 hrs but didn't received it yet.

I come to shop, your staff misbhab with me and return to home.

The cakes of monginis are deteorated and are not like before. Especialy my childhood flavour which i cant see changed i.e- Black Forest Cake which was so famous from monginis and now we get worst here ...
The taste has changed drastically, the taste of black forwst has become like tiramisu ...,
I had always personally recomended every cake lover to try atleast black forest from monginis if not any other cake from the outlet .

The cake was rotten and old as I ordered a dual forest cake from monginis store of kalindi

Hi Team,

GST Number of a shop -27BGLPK99640127, sold me an expired black forest expired cake.

The cake expired date was on 05-Aug-2022, the shopkeeper sold me on 06-Aug-2022, and due to that My family members had health issues.

I have returned the cake to shop keeper. he told me he will check with the company but still no response from them.

Please take action against them

I faced very rude behaviour of staff in Ravet shop near D Y Patil College Pimpri Chinchwad today. Other cake shop staff is very polite. So from now onwards I am not your customer. I won't go for monginis forever.

This shop is located in Gariahat junction and the staff named Rita and her brother who work in the same retail outlet demands extra money for each item and when not given or asked about makes very rude comments and misbehaves and tells us to get out of the shop. Being a customer I don’t think I should be treated this way and I will move into consumer forum court with the necessary documents I have. Monginis cake company is a FRAUD.

I have taken half kg pineapple cake and i went to the hotel there we and my brothers were celebrating birthday with our friends after cutting and distribution of cake done by the waiters children have ate the cake and they told me about this then i said them go and throw in the dustbin of hotel i have complain that the cake was not fresh so why do you make this type of fruit cake and the children those have ate this if anything happen like food poisioning to them then i will completely take action against the company i will file case against company

The cake provided to me from the madhyamgram station counter was smelling.

Today[protected] I purchased a veg burger from Monginis cake shop at Veena Nagar around 3:30 PM while eating a burger mydaughter found two pieces of plastic in it

This is highly disappointing and scary
It raises questions of consumer safety

मी अमोल गजानन kalmundale रा. वाशीम, अकोला नाका, वाशीम येथून Mongonis चा cake खरेदी केला माझ्या पप्पाचा वाढ दिवस असल्याने दिनांक 20/06/2022 रोजीचे 21.00 वजता monginis येथून कुल्फी वाला केक खरेदी केला ज्या वेळे पाप्पाचा वाढदिवस साजरा करतांना केक कट केला आणि खाल्ल्या नंतर कळले की केक ची आंबट चव येत आहे आणि त्याचा आंबट वास सुद्धा येत होता. त्या मुळे माझे पैसे व्हायला हवे आणि माझ्या पप्पा चा वाढदिवसाचा कार्यक्रम खराब झाल्याने मला मोबदला मिळायला हवा.
