Monginis Cake Complaints & Reviews

I faced very rude behaviour of staff in Ravet shop near D Y Patil College Pimpri Chinchwad today. Other cake shop staff is very polite. So from now onwards I am not your customer. I won't go for monginis forever.

This shop is located in Gariahat junction and the staff named Rita and her brother who work in the same retail outlet demands extra money for each item and when not given or asked about makes very rude comments and misbehaves and tells us to get out of the shop. Being a customer I don’t think I should be treated this way and I will move into consumer forum court with the necessary documents I have. Monginis cake company is a FRAUD.

I have taken half kg pineapple cake and i went to the hotel there we and my brothers were celebrating birthday with our friends after cutting and distribution of cake done by the waiters children have ate the cake and they told me about this then i said them go and throw in the dustbin of hotel i have complain that the cake was not fresh so why do you make this type of fruit cake and the children those have ate this if anything happen like food poisioning to them then i will completely take action against the company i will file case against company

The cake provided to me from the madhyamgram station counter was smelling.

It was Heart cake ( Mix Forest)

Complete loss of Money & embarrassing in front of guests

The cake was not fresh.it smelled bad.

Today[protected] I purchased a veg burger from Monginis cake shop at Veena Nagar around 3:30 PM while eating a burger mydaughter found two pieces of plastic in it

This is highly disappointing and scary
It raises questions of consumer safety

मी अमोल गजानन kalmundale रा. वाशीम, अकोला नाका, वाशीम येथून Mongonis चा cake खरेदी केला माझ्या पप्पाचा वाढ दिवस असल्याने दिनांक 20/06/2022 रोजीचे 21.00 वजता monginis येथून कुल्फी वाला केक खरेदी केला ज्या वेळे पाप्पाचा वाढदिवस साजरा करतांना केक कट केला आणि खाल्ल्या नंतर कळले की केक ची आंबट चव येत आहे आणि त्याचा आंबट वास सुद्धा येत होता. त्या मुळे माझे पैसे व्हायला हवे आणि माझ्या पप्पा चा वाढदिवसाचा कार्यक्रम खराब झाल्याने मला मोबदला मिळायला हवा.

Hello my name is Pallavi Mhatre. I purchase balck forest cake from monginis shop on 3rd June 2022 from pokharan road thane west by cash.
While eating we found some plastic pieces in whole cake.
We throw out full cake.
After eating that cake we face some health problem like vometing and stomach upset.
So i want full reimbursement of cash amt. of Rs. 350/-

We brought Pineapple pastry from Gorai 2 Monginis center(shop) around 9.30pm and immediately kept it in the fridge after reaching home.when we opened the packet to eat around 12.30am after the 1st bite, we would see and smell the slate cake. We immediately removed it from the mouth and washes the mouth.
Pl take immediate action on the shop owner on how can we sell such slate food to the customers. Since we were alduts, we could find out the slate cake, but if was eaten by some child or some old person..theu would have got food poisoning and could have been fatal for life.
Pl sue the shop owner to stop sell of such slate items.

Time time cake shopping at shop but every time given bad quality cake very durty smell

We purchased Rasmalai cake on 22 May 2022 from Monginis Bhandup west branch.
The cake was rotten and smelling
We returned cake and shop owner confirmed to give replacement of that cake.
When we purchased another cake they said we need to pay extra 100 rs for that rotten cake as per company rule.
Ideally this is very wrong as the cake was rotten.
Kindly help on this.

On 13th may evening the pineapple cake was purchased from monginis (Add: Dharam palace co soc, Shantivan; Near National park, Borivali (East), Mumbai- 400066 which was not good in taste the cake was tasting sour and smelling bad which is disappointing since we know the taste of monginis so long. Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased 1(one ) cake at Rs350 from monginis store located at lansdowne market area on dt 08.05.2022 at 8:50 pm for Mother's Day . I came home within 15 mins as I live in Picnic garden and started distributing pieces of cake among family members . After cutting and eating every one noticed its a stale cake and bad smell in coming out from the cake
While I visited the store a lady representative convinced us to take the cake . I am a regular customer of Monginis. This is the 1st time I have had this type of bad experience .
Nowadays people post everything on social networks and make it viral.
But we are not that type of customer that your concern will hamper for us so I shared you in mail
Pls look into the matter and focus on quality testing

My 10 yr son went by a lack fforest cake in monginis shop below my society.
He provided a old cake to my son.
Which is not soft n juicy.
Last date printed is 1 may.
I brought it on 30 april 12 noon.
This is not expected from monginis.
This is a cheating.. We thought monginse ias very good brand but bae experience with company.
U cant cheat to small boys.

I went their to take have some edibles and while the food was getting ready I made the payment. And sometimes I eat and started to move but one of the staff stopped and started asking that have you paid I said yes and then came out of the shop but after I Walked some distance one of the rude female staff stopped and started asking me when you have paid and all I don't know what confusion happened between the staffs then they did some inquiry and concluded that i have paid but they all were so arrogant in this process especially the lady and they didn't even apologize after finding that i have actually paid. After this incident I still went to monginis shop as I love monginis's bakery but this time I asked the same female employee to please give just one extra ketchup she said we don't give that in a very arrogant manner while she was saying that a staff pulled out the ketchup but she stopped me and ask me to buy it's completely the violation of consumer's right when I asked her to put my hotdog(which was for parcel) back in the plastic bag after heating it, she clearly denied saying that i won't. And yeah they don't even give the bill to us. I really love monginis but I think such staffs are detoriating the image of monginis. And of course that was my last day there.

But bought on 8th April, cake creams part taste like lime ( lemons ), i attached the pictures and i don't use this, I want to return this today morning from where i bought this yesterday, so please accept this and gave me new one, that will very helpful to me, my contact number is [protected] .

The shop situated at kadam kuan patna sold me spoiled cake and charged 350 Rs for it. When we tasted the cake, it was smelling. I again went to the shop to return it but the shop was closed. So i left the cake in front of the shop and left. Pathetic service by monginis. Shops like this spoiling the name of the brand.

On 28th Feb 2022, One Of My Family Realities Have Booked A Cake For My Birthday Occasion, I Received The Cake Arround 7.30 Pm On 28th Feb 2022.
It Had Very Bad Taste And Worst Odour, Seems The Cake Was Of Some Old Stock.

This Mistake That Must Not Be Avoided, Spoiled My Occasion, And It's Request Such Mistakes Should Not Repeated.This Was Not Expected For Such Good Brand Like Monginis.

Kindly Resolve My Complaint Urgently And Also Note That I have Stored The Cake, You Can Pick Up It For Further Inspection And Also Arrange To Refund My Amount Urgently.

My friend order cake on 13th February 2022 and on 14th February 2022 she collected around 7.45pm...Birthday was spoil due to stale cake...it was unexpected from monginis..when the first piece of cake was cut the cake was to hard, dry and was not fresh... hopefully no one eat the cake...please check whether franchise and you people are testing your food items..

I have been to Kamothe Monginis branch by 31st Night where ti Have bought chocolate 1/2 kg cake.. When opened at home it was made up of pastries and cream pured into it with no taste at all.. It was highly priced At 350 on new year eve...
