I ordered Veg puff and paneer puff from monginis Bidar store...

When i got the puff it was totally different for which i ordered.

On further checking found it to have fungus like dots at the bottom also looks absolutely stale in center.

My sister tasted and said it was smelling and tasting sour.

I called the store manager he refused to offer any kind of help or return.

I called customer care service... Nobody is picking up my call.

This stale fungus food can lead us to food poisoning do u know that??

I will take strict action if i dont get my resolution.

It serves flour in place of chocolate...no complaints is taken by hanuman nagar patna staff...Atleast give proper explanation regarding this issue... As a regular customer i have no issue till now with product but last purchase makes me feel unhappy..

I brought a pastry from mongnis nd it was very bad quality..They sale the old stock to the customers nd didn't accept their fault.. Didn't value the customer!!

Bought a cake yesterday for birthday half kg butterscotch cake for 375 rs but was of no use what is use of paying so much and going for a brand it was tasting too yuk and bread was fully yellowish that it ruined the party very disappointed by monginis

I had ordered MALAI KULFI CAKE from your outlet at Akole, pin: 422601, dist: Ahamadnagar, Maharashtra. The receipt of the same is attached below.
The assistant of the shopkeeper of this outlet told me that it's a ice cake with no bread in it and is made up of pure malai. Believing on the same I placed my order, the order time mentioned on the receipt was 12AM and I got the cake at 1PM; I understand that there might be some natural difficulty in getting that order on time and I don't have any issue regarding delay of the time. The cake I got was damaged ! I fail to understand why monginis is not able to provide me undamaged cake?(photo of the said cake is attached). When I cut the cake and eaten it, I found it contrary to what the person working in your outlet had told me about the cake, on which I believed and ordered the same. The information given by the said worker was misrepresentation of the fact. It was just an ordinary ice cake without even essence of malai, with 2 kulfis on top of it as garnishing to fool us and to pretend that it is a malai kulfi cake. It is highly unappreciated from a highly reputed bakery like you (monginis) which hold big business, name, trust of the customers in India.
In rural areas people have trust on your shopkeepers and fellow workers worked in your outlets. Rural population don't know much about cakes and they order cake believing on these workers.
Don't you think you should train workers working in your franchises? Don't you think we deserve real and true information about food you serve? And we also deserve undamaged food stuff after paying you 400 rs which consists all the delivery as well as preserving costs?

I pray to respected authority to look into this matter and I hope you won't let us down. I hope if next time I believe in your service I won't regret!

I want to complain on monginis as they are not sticking price tags on cake and charging higher prices than earlier . When I asked they are telling we don’t provide price tags with cake .

Today I bought a Black forest cake from Ambernath East branch. Thane, Maharashtra.
The cake is not fresh. Its a stale cake. Taste is also not good.

Today 15/10/2020 around 11pm i went monginis shop to purchase cake and burger malad west, marve road, gate no.01, near fire brigade branch, i say that they served me a stale (baasi) cake my child got stomach pain after eating when i tasted cake its stunk and taste was so bad

I will loged suite in court if strict action will not taken against manager of shop & also appeal to closed the malad branch.

Yesterday around 8pm I purchased 2 donuts from Monginis Shop (Borivali (E) station), and took to home. At home when i eated Donuts the taste was too Bad, the taste was like a BOX, how box smelling it was like that only, and the donut bread was to HARD, normally it is soft, wnenever i had purchased from Monginis DONUTS always taste GOOD.
i have wasted my RS. 60/-

Monginis sold a rotten cake that made my 3 years old nephew sick.

On the evening of September 16, I bought a chocolate cake from Monginis Sardarnagar outlet near Airport in Ahmedabad.

The cake turned out to be stale ― that not only ruined the birthday but affected my 3 years old nephew's health.

Now listen carefully —

First. I did not expect such an awful quality from a brand like Monginis.

Do you have any idea this kind of negligence can lead your customers to food poisoning?

How can you sell food that's unfit to eat?

Second (and it's even worse) — It's been a terrible experience to ask Monginis look into the matter.

It's been a few days I have filed the complaint in the Sardarnagar outlet and there's been no response.

On followup, the outlet owner asked me to contact directly to the bakery, which again hasn't responded yet.

Do you guys take your job seriously? Selling food that can cause illness to customers is horrendous — and neither the bakery nor the outlet owner takes the responsibility to address the issue.

Please! I want someone to pay heed to this matter.

Don't make me believe that Monginis is just a group o[censored]nethical bakers with wicket franchise owners who don't give a dam about their customers.

When we buy something from you guys — we put my trust in you.

But Monginis ignorance in food quality and customer redressal has turned it into distrust.

I request for a solution, I don't want to escalate this issue further.

This is to i nform you i have purchased one cake from monginis shop from Ghatkopar west sanghani estat mumbai 400086 oppsite bhaweshwar plaza LBS marg. Kindly take this note cake was very bad quality infac it was not looking like a mongins cake i feel so embarace to gift somone. Kindly revert for the same.

Today we had order black forest cake with egg without biscuits base at bottom half kg from ghatkopar west station at around 11am.. And paid 375....

And we cut the cake at midninght around 12.00. And as we distribute the cake among our family members they feel the taste of cake bit bitter and even the children didn't like the quality of the cake as what we used to get earlier.. We didn't feel that it's monginis black forest... Feel like it's local baniya cake... Very disappointed with the quality of the cake given to us... As the customer order cake to make their dear one birthday a special moments but unfortunately the taste of the cake made all of the mouth bitter... Very bad quality given to us from ghatkopar west station shop

I had ordered for a really fresh pineapple cold cake on 22nd june 2020 for my mom's birthday from monginis, rpd branch.
I had insisted them to give a really fresh cake and i trusted them to do so.
I happily picked the cake from there and headed to celebrate mom's birthday along with other relatives. The cake looked very good, could not wait to eat it. But when i started cutting the cake to distribute, i realised it wasn't fresh.. Then when we all tasted it, it was gue gue, not good at all.. It was a stale cake with a bag taste.. How can a well known brand deceive his customers..
The cake ruined the birthday pleasure.. It was disheartening...
Children were asking for cake and we could not give them..
I am writing this complaint so that one should not witness such situation again.
Please do the needful.

This is the case regarding dukbunglow moginis patna bihar..2 wall paper mens were working there from. The moginis company itself they took my money purse from hand bag and went for lunch and cctv was not working. Owner is a very rude man it seems that he himself intiating this type of theft and may be involve in it. Such a rude behaviour with customer is not tolerable. Such a shame for moginis

At kothrud near bus depot store when i went there i ask for a lava cake and he ask me that if i want to warm it so i said yes and then i try to make payment through phone pay app but the transaction is failing beacuse of bank server then i tried with other app but it saying the same then i ask for card payment but he says no in arrogant manner and that guy there he fought with me for just 40 rs and at last he threaten me

Hi monginis team,

This is a very painful thing to inform that my wife ordered for a black forest cake worth rs 850 for our anniversary celebration from "monginis cake shop" located at "choudhury bazar" in cuttack, odisha-753001 but the cake quality was horrible and on tasting the flavor was not at all of the black forest cake. The creams applied on the cake were very low quality and horrible taste.
When we approached the vendor to inform about the bad quality, initially the store person working in the shop agreed that this is not the actual black forest flavor cake and kept our cake to cross check with the owner and from the factory where it was prepared. We gave the complain with the bad quality cake delivered at the shop in the morning 10:00 am and it was being told to us that by afternoon 03:00 pm we will be updated after checking with the owner. When we did not receive any call by 03:30 pm, i called to the shop phone number and the owner picked up the phone and asked to come to the shop. On reaching the shop the owner was not present and when we asked the shop person about the owner and the current status what happened after we delivered our bad quality cake. The shop person started giving excuses that the cake cannot be replaced and neither the amount cannot be refunded. When we asked for owner number the shop person initially said their owner has asked all the shop person not to give the owner number. Then we asked if customer is not satisfied with the quality then whom to contact the shop person said nothing can be done and their will be no cake replacement and their will be no refund. On repeatedly asking the owner phone number then the shop person told us new story that they do not have the owner number and played around with me and my wife by giving all the funny excuses. Me and my wife were humiliated by telling we can do whatever possible but owner has strictly said not to give phone number and owner has said cake cannot be replaced and also amount cannot be refunded back. Everything has been captured in the cctv camera of the shop. We completely lost the hope and returned back.
In the evening the shop owner called me and asked me and my wife to come to the shop around 10:00 pm. When we went at 10:00 pm the shop owner started shouting on us by blaming us falsely that we misbehaved with his shop people. Then i asked the shop owner to see the cctv camera but the owner did not agreed to open the recent videos captured by cctv and firmly threatened us by abusing that there will be no cake replacement and neither he cannot refund back the money. After so many arguments and discussions the owner finally agreed that he will speak with the cake manufacturing factory and see if it is possible to replace the cake or refund the amount and kept us in hope till next day. Then next day the owner called and said to me that the manufacturing factory told cake cannot be replaced and the amount also owner denied to return back. We were completely hopeless and fully dissatisfied because our hard earned money rs 850 is lost and we got nothing. The bad quality cake also we left in the shop. We also showed to the owner that this is not the real quality and look of black forest but the owner was stubborn on his point and did not pay any attention for my concerns. Finally we left the cake at the shop only and were fully dissatisfied.

Kindly requesting monginis team to look into this matter and requesting for a cake replacement or refund of rs 850. The owner has the record in his notebook that we have placed the order with our phone number.

Cake delivered date: 20th november, 2019, evening 07:00 pm
Cake cut date: 20th november, 2019 midnight 11:55 pm.
Complain given date to shop: 22nd november, 2019 - morning 10:00 am
Since we had anniversary plan on 21st november, 2019 we left home for a trip early morning and could not get a chance to lodge the complain with the shop. But during delivery it was told to us that the black forest cake quality will be good for next 2 days that is till november 22nd, 2019 midnight from the day of delivery. The cake quality was very bad and main thing it was not at all a black forest flavor cake.

We sincerely request monginis team to look into this matter and please provide us justice since our hard earned money of rs 850 is involved and finally at the end we got nothing for the complete amount of rs 850 that we paid. Everything has been captured in the shop cctv camera. Please requesting to investigate the matter and provide us the justice.

I have ordered pastry on my special occasion of ring ceremony.

I have clearly given our requirements with photo to monginis (Nanpura branch).
But monginis not prepared and ful filled my requirements.

Also i payed very higher charge for preparing this.

This is very bad experience for me and it’s was spoiled my dreams.

Requesting you kindly give my half payment to me.

We had ordered birthday cakes (1kg) on 25.09.2019, same as we brought earlier from you before in 1/2 kg, both cake photos are attached for referance.
The cake is very faulty, poor quality, crack in photo print, undulation in top photos, not as per sample shown, its look like the based is used old and dairty, no white chocolate pieces pasted.
We have discussed with outlet owner but not fruitful, he will denied about their fault, and ask us to raise complaint online on provided mail ids, due to need we collected the cake, but we have very serious concern about quality of monginis and client satisfactions.

We strongly believe on service by monginis. We want our money back.
