We are having monginis cake shop in godhra gujarat.we regularly purchase the monginis cakes and we like the quality but we are very much harrass from the behaviour of person mr bhavesh.
We have ordered The cake recently of 6300 rupees and he cheated with us and takes 6700 rupees.Also our other relatives are very much harrass from his behaviour and stopped the monginis cake because of him.
He over charges the cakes every time.
Not giving proper rates and also when we say him to write the name on cake he doesnt do proprely.
Please take action against him

7th march 2019 at night i bought a monginis black forest cake from sangvi, pimple gurav, pune, maharashtra, india. It was the last black forest cake left in that store.
8th march 2019 morning i took out the cake from refrigerator and then after sometime i cut it as it was my birthday and the first piece i ate i literally made a vomit face cause it tasted weird n then when other 3 members of my family ate the same cake they started telling me it tasted weird and extra extra sweet.
I often buy cakes and its always from monginis... Because i love cakes from monginis especially black forest.. But this time it was a very bad experience and also it was shocking as to how cheap it tasted... My birthday ruined cause of the taste of this cake.
I also went to that monginis store and told them this and they took the half cake which was left and took my complaint about it.
They said the cake will be tested by company and then i will be informed.
The reason behind writing this email complaint was that 1. I always buy cake from monginis only its many years since i buy cakes from monginis. The rich quality of monginis cakes that i have had was rich and fresh and balanced and amazing but this time i really felt bad as to how my money was wasted on a weird tasting cake... I feel cheated seriously.. Also this cake i used to buy at rs.350 to rs.380 where as this time it was for rs.300.. They said the prices have been reduced... I wanna ask that where prices were reduced so the quality of cake is reduced?.. The cake tasted weird seriously and it felt low quality.
2. All i want is honest feedback after the testing of the cake. I've always bought cakes from monginis but this all my trust and love for monginis was gone in a minute.

N the store also replied me today 11th march when i called them n said that the company said there was no problem in the cake and that i won't be refunded.
The customer care of monginis but they are not picking up the call. Very bad experience i feel completely cheated and want justice.

The sales person of your monginis (Bhadrak odisha) is very rude. He is nt at all customer friendly
. On dated 21/02/2019 at around 8pm i went with my daughtet n father and asked for a pastry n he served me a pastry with less choco chips in it... And my daughter complaind abt it i jus asked him to change it the attitude he showed i ws taken aback.

I have bought Monginis cake from Dange chowk shopon 25th Dec, 2018 (address is mentioned below). It was Monginis- Rich dry fruit cake and suppose to have dry fruits/crystallized fruits (cashew/almond/raisins) as shown in the image not color full sugar coated chunks.

I had one piece of that cake and vomited as I am allergic to those. If you guys mentioning clearly that it as a dry fruit cake then why other ingredients are added in that.

Monginis is fssai and ISO standard approved company but still Food Safety and Standards are not getting followed.

I purchased swiss roll choco cake, which was spoiled and foul smelling, taste is very bad and one bite of it made my stomach bad, i want to go legally for this bad quality of product supply i am attaching details of product and also bill provided bys hop keeper, i purchased this product in IIT CAMPUS, Kharagpur, West Bengal

i want serious action to be taken and approached shopkeeper he gave me distributor bills and written his shop name on it and said use this to give complaint and behaved badly by saying u wanna go to court or anywhere, do what ever u want,

kindly take this matter seriously and i want immediate JUSTICE

I had ordered royal chocolate flavoured cake from monginis shop at parle point surat, on 04.12.18. On the day of birthday i was given black forest cake without informing me. On eating the cake, i found that the ordered flavour is not there. I informed the shop, to which i was told that it was a mistake done from the factory where the cake was made. We cant do anything about that. On my more arguing and informing them to go to customer complaints, they offered me 500 gms cake or a little discount to wrap up the issue. I was surprised to see such a attitude from monginis shop, after they spolied my daughters birthday party with a different flavoured cake. They need to be taught a lesson not to fool public openly. We all pay for our taste of food, but not to get fooled. I request you to kindly help me to resolve the matter so that such things dont happen to other people in future.

The monginis shop in brindavan society, thane west, maharashtra never have mrp of products displayed which makes it difficult for customer to know the cost. We have to ask the cashier only. I purchased 2* spicy chicken puffs from there today and cashier told me bill was ₹56. On entering home i checked monginis website, price was 2*24 = ₹48. 8 rupees were overcharged from me and also no bill given.

As a brand you have must improve in your servicing.
I brougt 1/2 kg cake in virar east on 20.10.18 near rly stn. But there i saw shortage of cutting cake knife & you also charges for there carry bag & candle.
So i pertionally think that as a brand you should at least give free candle/ carry bag & knife so middle class person also purchase from you.
As compraison you other cake company above things give us free of cost.

I have brought cake from monginis and and with a trust that they would provide me better cake with a proper packing i blindly trust them. But when i open the box i found that cake is placed on cardboard paper. When i are that cake i found cardboard paper taste in cake. This is what we pay for a brand cake. I only want that my complaint should be raised and take some action so that they would understand the value of money.

I visited monginies dhyari phata outlet pune dated 29/9/18... They offered me one pastry to taste and told me select the cake accordingly but didnt inform that it will be chargeable.. I was not concern about charges but more concerned about the way they lied to me and when asked why have you charged theeir behaviour was so rude and very unprofessional. When i asked the owners name again she was started misbehaving. This is the worst experience i have ever seen in mogenies. Staff was rude and keep misbehaving.. I would like if you take a strict action against this outlet especially the lady owner..

I bought truffle pastries from monginis outlet, situated below juinagar railway station.
My 18 month old baby consumed the pastry & small piece was left, so i had it, i felt sumthng smelly n when checked, i saw fungus. Pathetic.. Never expected this from monginis.. I am worried abt my baby now.. If old n trusted brands are not looking into quality whom we are supposed to rely on..?

I have purchased butter scotch chocolate 1/2 kg pure veg cake on 05.08.2018 at evening. When we have test it, found bad quality and test like some day old cake. We seen in cake sponge is very wet and sticky. Its harmful for health. Mostly its eat by childs so we can not take any risk. I have return back to shop and demand replacement by another fresh piece or payment return but shop keeper annoyed and give me complaint book. He said write your complaint and company will reply you. It means no responsibility of shop keeper /dealer. Its very inconvenience for customers. Its kind request to company members think for this and give proper justice to customers.

I submitted an order for a cake 3 to 4 days ago on the shop but when we came to pick it up it was not ready! They hadnt started making it. We submitted an order for a cake with image and the person told us it will be ready in 1 or 2 days but when we reached there it wasn't ready! I am really disappointed and am never gonna visit any kind of other outlet of monginis again! Let the shopkeeper remember it!

Dear sir,
I had purchased 5kg butter-cream cake with chocolate favor inside on occasion of my daughter 1st birthday dated 21st june last month.

When i received the cake the cream was melted and it was floating inside the box. Please see the attached photos taken on the occasion. The delivery boy also accepted the cake was spoiled.

It was very disappointed and speechless for me that in such a big hall the cake is open in such a way.
People all around me were feeling very bad.

Immediately i informed the retailer and given snaps of it. But he didn’t suggest me what to do. Next day he called me and requested to meet in his shop. He has taken written complaint and told that he will forward the issue to the officer and refund me back. He also told that ‘the cream was used of low quality which result for melting of cake’.

After that whenever i called him he says the inquiries are going on. After 2 week he says that officer is asking for sample of that cream. How it is possible for me to retain a spoiled cream with me for so long. Again after a week i called retailer but he is refusing to answer me.

I am regular customer of monginis but have never faced this before but this time the cake very bad.

Please refund my amount back to me.

This particular Monginis cake shop in my locality always sells stale cakes and sandwiches
The other day I bought sandwich which read the date of the expiration on the same day, they sold it saying that its fresh to my Mom.
The pastries are always rough and crumbly, seems they always try to sell the left over ones too. They always setup the fresh pastries ahead on display and sell the old ones which are placed behind, Well when contacted the store on call, the person working over there was argumentative and did not offer an exchange of another food item. Wherein he insisted on putting up a complaint and would offer no refund aswell. This particular Monginis store always sells such stale items and risks the health of their customers .

Tough bread and unpleasant smell in the cake. Google review shows that this specific monginis join provide bad quality food. They took the cake back for refund, but the cake was edible according to their management. Hence, no refund received or no replacement for the order.

I purchased a white forest cake on 19/06/2018 from monginis cake shop located at chaitanya nagar kothrud pune. It was the worst cake i ever ate. Everyone was upset and celebration went in vain. Even after asking is the cake fresh they said ya it's fresh cream. No one able to eat that cake. Kindly improve the cake quality as it is not acceptable from such brand...in future i definitely will not advised anyone to buy monginis cake..

This is to inform you that i have orderd a chocolate cake for my niece birthday on 7th of june immediately after 30 min we have cancelled the chocolate cake and orderd it black forest cake and even asked them to give fresh cake store person agreed and next day when i visited the store to take cake store employee given me 3 days old cake which was kept as demo, i insisted and asked to give me fresh cake, not even he denied to give and started arguing with me inspite of fresh cake vehicle arrived and in that bblackforest fresh cake was there which i have orderd, after more insisting he started using abusive language and told me to leave the premises and started threatening me, i was surprised and shocked with his behaviour and decided to give back the cake. After this he became more wild and given my advance money back and started shouting, i told him that i ll complain against you he told do whatever i want, i was in hurry due to birthday party took the same cake and left the premises fortunately nothing happened having the cake if something happend than who was the responsible for this. Looking at bad experience i decided to not to visit moginis store ever in my life, where there is no customer service

I had purchased a bar cake of fruit flavor from a shop in Vapi, Gujarat (batch no. DM3722; date of manufacturing- 11/05/2018). The cake was so overbaked that it had lost its fruit flavor (in fact bitter in taste). Initially I thought I had mistakenly bought chocolate flavor but the brownish black color was due to overbaking of the cake. This had happened second time. Now will rethink before buying/recommending Monginis bar cake. Request to please improve baking and making quality.
