Monginis Cake — Bad product quality and unsupportive customer care

Hi.. my family members the outlet " Liza macroni" yesterday evening and bought chicken pie, Nimki and 4 cream rolls. Unfortunately 1 cream roll was exceptionally small . When we opened the pack, we realized the same and tried to return the same today morning at around 10 am. The staff denied a return rather than accepting the mistake. We have returned it at the outlet without the refund but such behavior will not encourage us to visit the outlets again. Your qc needs to he strong and the staff needs to be more caring.
