I ordered cake online on 7th February 2023.

The cake wasn't delivered. I tried to call the number given in the confirmation message ([protected] ), he rudely claimed it was wrong number .Moreover, when I tried to call customer care they were non responsive and when they finally received my call, they were clueless as to how to help me out . They tried to impose upon me some random different flavored cake and told me it would still take 30 mins to be delivered . After about 20 mins they called me again and told me even that wouldn't be possible and they will refund the amount the next day.
It ruined our special day ! Made me call and wait continuously

Teach your staff -basic manners, how to handle cases where there is delay in delivery /when your system has not registered the order, etc
We have been ordering from monginis since my childhood . To have such unpleasant experience, it ruins our memory with the whole brand -Monginis .
