I ordered a cake on 7th February 2023 .
ORDER NO. MONGINIS-03341
DELIVERY DATE:[protected]:00 PM-7:00 PM) The cake wasn't delivered .
When I called on the number given in the confirmation message, he rudely claimed it was wrong number!
Moreover, when I called customer care they didnt pick up the call for several times.I WASTED about 1 hour in just trying to connect to customer care . When they finally recieved my call, they were clueless as to how to help me out . Later they called me and tried to impose upon me some random different flavored cake and told delivery would take 30 mins. It was already 9:00 pm by that time . After a while the customer executive calls me and says he will refund the amount the next day and had the AUDACITY to tell me to REMIND him about the same by calling him !!!
So, all in all, I didn't receive the cake after having ordered it 2 days well in ADVANCE
It RUINED MY SPECIAL DAY .Made me call and wait for hours
Please teach your staff basic manners, how to respond to contingencies like delay in delivery system failure, etc
We have been ordering from Monginis since my childhood . Experiences such as this -RUINS OUR MEMORY WITH BRAND -MONGINIS
