Monginis Cake — Charging extra for Carry bag and refusing it to mention on bill

On 13th Jan between 9:30PM to 10:30PM i was charged extra for Carry bag on monginis store at Virat East ( next to railway station ) i asked them to give me the bill, i took the bill and as soon as I went outside I checked the bill and it didn't mentioned charges for carry bag so I went back in and ask them to mention it on bill and they refused, I told them it's illegal to sell a bag and charge for it if there is a brand logo on that carry bag but they took my bag gave me the money and didn't give a bill for carry bag nor the carry back
