Monginis Cake — complaining about stale cake given by monginis in maharashtra nandurbar

Sir,
I had purchased 2 cakes named cocktail pastry for my little child aged 5 years old from monginis cake shop maharashtra, nandurbar which was totally stale. I request to changed but monginis shop refused to do it. My daughter is illed because of this stale cake. I had doctor's file that illness is some stale food.
I had complaint that please closed this monginis cake shop of nandurbar (Maharashtra) which is playing badly with consumer's health.
