Monginis Cake — Complaint against malad marve road monginis cake shop for selling stale (baasi) cake to us

Today 15/10/2020 around 11pm i went monginis shop to purchase cake and burger malad west, marve road, gate no.01, near fire brigade branch, i say that they served me a stale (baasi) cake my child got stomach pain after eating when i tasted cake its stunk and taste was so bad

I will loged suite in court if strict action will not taken against manager of shop & also appeal to closed the malad branch.
