i had purchased a cake on 20th of june, 2015 at 7pm from mio amore (monginis) khaikhali, kolkata. the cake turned out to be sour. it was not frresh, the cream had a sour taste. within half an hour i went back to the shop to return it. the staff not only denied to return it but also started howling at us.they misbehaved with me and my brother. is this how monginis deals with complaints? we are regular customers at monginis and are very disappointed with the response. i dont think i can ever trust this brand again.
