Today I took a panner 65 roll as parcel from a mio amore shop, only to find a dead cock​roach inside it. I had half eaten the roll by that time and it fell from inside the roll.

Bought 4 cutlets from batanagar branch. Kol-700140. Totally decomposed food. Dissapointed. Please careful about this.

Rites (Under ministry of rlys.) placed an order on 02.12.2019 (Receipt no. 2104 at shop no. Central metro (094) for 50 pkts for delivery at rites on 03.12.2019 at 10.30. When on 03.12.2019 we approached whether packed are ready to deliver on not?, they replied it will take 30 mts. More. Further at 11.00 am again replied by shop it will take some more time. Today at 12:15 pm my mother bought a chocolate flavoured heart shaped cake from the mio amore mandirtala howrah outlet. It's a one pound cake which cost us 350 inr. On the 9th of december at 8:30 pm we bought the same flavoured cake in a circular shape from the mio amore dhakuria kolkata outlet. It was also a one pound cake which cost us 200 inr. I was there at mio amore showroom, uttaran apartment, rahara, khardah station road. Khardah. Yesterday with my friend at about 5:50 pm yesterday to have some snacks and black forest cake.
We ordered chicken internet and black forest cake.

I was observing the guy who was sitting on the cash counter was just looking at my friend like really nasty since we enter the shop. Once the food came the guy pass the food to my friend with a really bad posture, like he was just trying to touch her palm with his hand pretending that he is passing the food and he was smiling mischievously looking at my friend.
When it happened she came to to corner and convey the incident.
I was just about to ask the guy about what he did. But then a lot of people came in to the shop. So my friend did not want to make a scene there. So i asked other guy about the guy who did this to my friend. He told me that, the guy who did the incident is the owner of the shop, pratim saha, and the shop came under the business named partha pratim enterprise. Pratim saha stays at nagerbazar. So i am writing this to mio amore to take really soon other wise we are going to customer forum to address about this issue.
If the case is not resolved i will put this to police directly.

Today at around 3 pm today i went to mia amore baruipur n bought a caramel butterscotch bday cake which cost me rs. 450. I told the shop boy repeatedly to give a fresh bake n every time he assured. Wen i came home n had it around 4 pm the cake was dry n the cream was hard. I had a doubt n checked the date that said to b consumed before the 5 of oct
N the shop is such that u cannot even get the scope to see the date ur self. Such a small place n wid a switched off ac, most of the time the shop remains crowded n customers keep complaining to switch on the ac but they turn a deaf ear to our complaints.
The next time i wud never dream of going to this baruipur mia amore.

Honestly it was bizarre experience with this russel street mio amore cake shop. On 10th sep, 2018, i had purchased one chicken 65 & one cheese omlet sandwich in lunch time (Precisely at 13:55 hrs), after that rs 500 note was given to one of their staffs (Name: santanu chakraborty). As my total bill was rs 75, he gave me rs 25 as balance and rs 400 was not given. I was in hurry that time and i left the shop immediately.
During the time i was leaving office in evening, i checked my wallet that rs 400 was not there. I can clearly recall that only 2 nos of rs 500 note & few 10 - 20 rs note was there when i went for lunch (There was no rs 100 note). After realization, immediately i rushed to the shop in evening. That time one new staff was there in cash (Mr abhay giri) and the other fellow was also present. Once i explained them all this, mr abhay said he need to check the cash for day. Surprisingly other guy smartly told me he has given me complete balance. My question is 'how he can be so sure after dealing so many customers?'. Normally he should tell "we need to check". Even i asked them please check the cctv footage of 13:50 to 14:10 hrs, it will be clarified. They said no cctv is there. Only way is they will check the cash and confirm.
So i waited for next day and went today again in lunch time. Today i got answer that cash was ok, no rs 400 additional found. After several discussion, it was very clear that they are not going to return my money.
My only concern is if cash was ok for the day, then there is two options left: 1. I am telling lie, 2. The guy who was there in cash, has done it intentionally and kept this rs 400 in his pocket. If 1st option is true, then i would not writing such long story and wasting my time.
More importantly how cctv is missing in such a busy shop in busy street of kolkata. If it was there, then it will be clarified then and there.
I know i am not going to get my balance money back, as i did not have much proof, but its all about the integrity and transparency. It was my fault that i should count the balance, but at the same time it is expected from good brands like mio amore.

I went into mio amore golpark outlet today afternoon and went to buy a fruit cake which costs rs 140. I wanted to check the size and quantity of the cake by seeing it. But one of your female staff mocked at me when i told her to see it. It is very much disgraceful as a customer. She not only mocked at my words but also made funny issues with her colleagues regarding my words. I hope you can look into this matter and take necessary action at your end.

The mio amore shop in iiser kolkata mohanpur is charging unreasonably high rates.
The shop in kalyani which is 11km away has rate charts written and charges accordingly but in iiser there is no rate chart. They charge 3-5 rupees more per item. The number of consumers is very high here and it's unethical to charge such high rates. The shops outsides make tremendous profits by charging the amounts shown in the charts. This is highly unacceptable. Take some action!

The mio amore outlet at baghajatin served stale chicken cutlet today. The stuffing inside was foul smelling and tasted bitter and horrible. I just took a bite of it and puked. I have been a fan of mio amore foodstuffs since my childhood but this kind of service was not expected from mio amore. It was a disgrace seeing such stale and rotten stuffs sold by such a reputed brand. Kindly look into the matter or else your company standards will fall for sure in near future.

On 13th march 2018 in the evening i went to mio amore outlate at bokultola (Near chowrasta) in kolkata. I gave the right ammount of money but the shopkeeper (An woman) continiously agured with me for the money. Then i had to give the extra money as per as her calculation. But i was sure that i gave the correct ammount. Her behaviour is very rude and the situation was horrible. I will never go to that particular outlate. She doesnot know calculation.

I bought 4pcs of fish finger from store bazar, ichapur, 24pgs north. Those are totally expired, spreading bad smell from the product. My son also had the product and he is continue doing loose motion for the product. People are trusted your brand but not expected such a these type of product from you. Wanna file a case against the shop keeper.[protected].

On 6th oct 2017 friday i went to mio amore thakurpukur bazar shop for buying cake. I ordered two cake of 300/- each total amount of rs. 600/-. I gave my credit card first but due to some transaction related problem at retailers end i was compelled to give my debit card for payment. After giving my debit card pincode same problem was occurred again at retailers end but 600/- was debited from my bank account. I showed them my bank statement at that moment where 600/- debit transaction was explicitly mentioned. I requested them to give my product but they compelled me to give another 600/- in cash to get the cake. They told me whenever the amount got credited into their account they will give me the 600/- in cash. I had gone to my branch (Sbi lamartineare) and explained it clearly they told me their was no transaction related error at their end. Till today mio amore thakurpukur bazar manager is totally denying to return my 600/-. What should i do. Please help.

Today at branch of chiriamore dum dum i ordered for a pizza and olive sub and the total was somewhere around 75 or 80 and he took 80 rupees from me but when i returned home with it i saw that they have me an olive sub and some kind of stale patteis and the olive sub was also very smelly plzzz take action and they don't even treat customers properly

Today i had got very bad experience in mio amore (Branch at howrah andul bus stand). I bought a chicken sandwich from the shop to eat.. Then aftr 2 bites i feel a bad smell on this product its already rotten.. Its taste sour and chicken also.. When i told 'the shop they said as its summer thats why the problem arrive.. Tht is no problem'.... Dont know how they could..
My question is that what they will do if i will ill??? Why they dont check the food quality?? Why they serve this type of food to customer? Its a matter of health. How they are so casual? Please look after the matter. And dont try to serve old products.. Mio amour is a reowned food court how could u do all the silly and bad things..

Today I had a bad experience in a mio amore outlet at Rashbehari More, Kolkata.
All staffs are handling foods, cakes without wearing gloves.
Infront of me suddenly a piece of cake fell on the ground while one of the staffs was packing a order of another person who was not present at that time. That staff deliberately pick it up from the dirty ground and again put it back into the box.
I protested but they refused to throw it into dustbin.
We are feeling it very much unsafe for health and need to take action against that outlet at Rashbehari More, Kolkata.

This is an incident which occurred at Mio Amore Howrah KADAMTALA branch 11/2/1, Bhagaban Chatterjee Lane, Bantra, Ichapur, Howrah, West bengal 711101...Last week I went to the Mio amore shop at kadamtala to purchase a birthday cake for rs 250.I was polite with my placing of order but suddenly the staff ( to be specific a thin / dark girl at the store started misbehaving with me as always she does.) She said do not give me 2000 rs. I politely replied that i will pay you back with new 500 rs note... after hearing this she started saying about 3 rs change for carry bag which i was ready to pay...she said if you dont pay the change i will not provide you with the cake...she rudely added that whenever you come bring change or else you will not be getting any product from the shop ...she in turn started misbehaving with me and saying abusive terms not only with me but other customers residing at my locality ( if you need I can provide their phone numbers as well)... in front of other customers. I still remained quite and got my product...I am surprised to see that a company like you dont have change but sick staffs like this who are not willing to sell product of 250 for a change of rs 3... This is not the first time that they are doing this to me this have been happening long... I have been a regular customer of the store but due to their behaviour I have stopped purchasing products form there ... I am aregular customer of Flurys and Kathleen... thank god A new store of Kathleen had been inaugarated at Kadamtala just opposite to of your sick store and I am very happy with their behaviour... Mio Amore has to control the behaviour of their staffs...I am a reputed person at Kadamtala and I don't need my money back ... all I need is The staff has to join hands and admit her mistake... I didn't expect such behaviour from a concern like this...Behaviour is the ultimatum of a concern and if you dont take any positive steps regarding this, then with the help of local councillor who is a very good friend of mine, we will launch a complaint against your store and make sure it is closed and i personally will cirulate the matter to all my friends on social media who are your regular customers... hoping for a quick and positive response from your end...Thanks you... EXPERIENCE IN MIO AMORE, GARIA (Near Andrews College or Jatra Shuru Sangha Club) - Your employees were selling STALE FOOD and on complaining, they said "You should have returned it after one bite, but you took two bites, now nothing can be done".Another shallow employee of yours added- " You are such an old customer, you didn't know that you had to let us know right after the first bite and not a second?" And they forceably took the full price of your STALE FOOD - very disappointing behaviour indeed. Please recruit some educated and cultured employees who have the knowledge of the minimum etiquette which humans, belonging to decent societies, normally have! Very SHAMEFUL! Your brand name is at stake, very sorry to inform you.

I went today to purchase a birthday cake for my father today at MIO Amore, Colony More Branch, Barasat, Kolkata. One of the staff members started forcing me to buy an expensive one which was out of my budget. I told him to give me another one instead, he then lost his temper and told his fellow staff members rudely to get that cake packed. He then handed over the cake in an improper manner.When I unpacked it at home, I found the 'Happy Birthday' symbol missing. I think people are forgetting basic manners and ethics.They should know how to speak to customers.They need to be taught this basic etiquette again.

Sir, I went to order a customized birthday cake of 3 kg for my son's birthday. They turned me away just because they had three more customers in the shop asking for pastries, patties etc. Told me to come again the next day just to give order coz they were busy. It was disheartening for me and my little son who were later welcomed by other cake shops. This was the branch in unnayan complex near hiland park.

Hii sir i bought a 1 kg cake from your mio amore near badagada kalpana branch 2 month bfore..bt that was very bad product worst one.i am so unhappy for that so when i returnd the product they told me they will return the money as soon as possible, but still now they did not refund the money, so kindly refund my money Rs 300, otherwise i will pass it to consumer court thanx

Mio amore is a S. They don't provide proper carry bag, and ask for extra money for it. Since it was previously ordered cake 50% of the amount was paid, so they don't even bother to store it properly till its delivered. And add on to that they don't provide a proper bill. As a customer its my suggestion plz do take some steps other wise soon for such outlets your brand will get affected . Regards.

Ordered a 2pound choclate cake of violin shape two days in advance.
When i took the delivery it was not kept in any refrigerator and when i came home it was fully spoiled.
The whole cream came out and mixed with the box.
When i went to the outlet to complain the old man at the counter started abusive language.
I had no option left.
Took a readymade 2 pound cake again and tried to make my princess happy again.

Please look into it and take some stern action against the outlet.

On 29th july i went to the new alipore (Kolkata) outlet of mio amore and faced a very unpleasant situation when the sales girl of the counter was extremely rude in her behaviour and when i pointed out her mistake about the number of one particular item, she almost threw one calculator in front of me to express her anger. Kindly note that i am a senior citizen and was very much upset to experience such odd situation. I therefore request you to please take suitable steps in the matter to redress my grievance.

The complaint is regarding mio amore, barasat, colonymore.

I have been a very regular customer of mio amore, barasat, colonymore.
Today, my mother bought 2 chicken burgers and two chicken internet from them.
To my dismay, the chicken burger that i had a bite of was totally smelling foul odour and also was broken from one side.
Since it was a take away, little did she know.
My mother immediately went to the store to return the same.
Instead of acknowledging the scenario, the owner of the store instead insulted my mom and bluntly said, "we wont change it, do what ever you want to do" infront of a crowd of more than 10 in the store.
My mom gave them the product and asked to keep it for themselves and came back.
I on hearing the entire incident became furious and went straight to the store,
This time asking for a bill (Which they never provide),
First they were reluctant and then after shouting out on the owner threatening of consumer court, he gave me a bill of the same,
But this time without writing in my name on it.
I still took it as a prove, and also took back the rotten items from them.

The behavior of the owner was very rude and arrogant and he never refunded my money,
And i want you to take strict action against them, as this is not just regarding the mere money. This is about the quality of food that they sold me and on top of that, insulted my mom as if she was cheating, instead who was very polite with them.

I bought two chocolate pastries from the mio amore outlet at palbazar (garfa main road) at around 9:00 p.m. on 14th April 2016 and I found out that the pastries were not fresh and they turned sour when I was having them at around 10:30 p.m. It is my earnest request to the company not to sell this kind of food items. It simply ruins your reputation. Thank you.

i had purchased a cake on 20th of june, 2015 at 7pm from mio amore (monginis) khaikhali, kolkata. the cake turned out to be sour. it was not frresh, the cream had a sour taste. within half an hour i went back to the shop to return it. the staff not only denied to return it but also started howling at us.they misbehaved with me and my brother. is this how monginis deals with complaints? we are regular customers at monginis and are very disappointed with the response. i dont think i can ever trust this brand again. i request you cater to my request. kiran bakshi [protected]@yahoo.in [protected]
