This is the invoice no: WEB-157555 The order was placed on 29th Oct, for a 1st Nov'2014 delivery. Today is 3rd and it has still not happened. Even if it happens today it is of no use as the b'day has already passed. The order value was Rs. 1649/-. I want my money back, along with harassment expenses.
