Monginis Cake — Rotten cake given by vashi naka branch | |||
Rotten pastry was given by vashi naka branch. I went to branch with the rotten pastry but did not get refund for that nor did they replace it with new pastry. And also the staffs are very rude and challenged me to complain about the branch anywhere i would wish. This kind service was not ever expected from monginis. I complained in 2 emails regarding the service and their pastry one week ago and also wrote a feedback form in the same branch. I have got no reply in any form from monginis till time. on 2nd june went told shop keeper about this but he told me that we are not responsible for this you have to write a compliant letter we send it with cake, customer care we call you in 3-4 day but still i dont get any call from them please replace it as soon as possible or response me.
