Monginis Cake — Stale cake given by store

Yesterday, I bought a black and white forest heart shaped cake from behala tram depot store. The store given me a stale cake, the cake was not at all fresh. It was 2-3days old. The breads softness was gone and the cream was hard. You people just spoiled the birthday. I paid 425 online to them. I want my money back
