Monginis Cake — Taking extra money for knife

Sir i have purchsed 31.05.2016 black forest half kg cake at rs. 360/- at kharghar monginis shree sai enterprises, shop no 10, crystal plaza sector - 7 kharghar navi mumbai tel no[protected]. The shop seller taking extra money for knife rs. 10 /-. But before five days i was purchesed same cake at nerul monginis they taking same price with nkife. Rs 360/- now i want return the extra cost. Rs 10/-
