Monginis Cake — Taste of cake is bad.

Yesterday i bought a monginis chocolate cake. But the taste of that cake was very bad. So I take that cake to monginis shopee. I told to monginis shopee person that the cake tastes bad but he taste the cake and said it is good. I told him that i am not eating chocolate cake for first time. Than he told me that we are not preparing the cake it comes from monginis . I told him I will compliant to Monginis . Also it was not fresh cake
So What about our Refund.
