I have complained mannyyy times and there's no response from mongoose kart which is a online retailer on instagram. Before ordering the product they've assured that the product will be of good quality and if there's any damage or different product received then they'll take product back.. But noww they're not even responding on instagram. I ordered a dress and now i have received a package from snapdeal where the dress i ordered is from mongoose kart and the product i received is in snapdeal cover and the dress is not of a good quality cloth and is of not the same color and design is also entirely different.. The product which i have received is absolute a biggg mess and i don't want this product and i need my money back.. I purchases it for rs.2000/-
I need refund for this product at any cost!!!
I want to sue this online company.. They're cheating the customers and i will not spare this at any cost.!!
I need the refund take my product and refund me soonest!!!
