[Resolved] Monte Carlo Fashions — sold defective jacket and then pathetic response of dealer to replace it | |||
I bought a jacket article no[protected] from monte carlo karol bagh on 29th December(billing on the name of Garima Saini). They sold me a defective jacket as its inner side pockets are unstitched. Today I went to get it replaced. The representative accepted that its manufacturing defect but refused to replace and told they will get it stitched and return, to which I agreed. Soon they said that tailor is not available. I told I can take some other article in same color and same price range to which they bluntly refused. I had to travel for an hour to replace it still they didn't agree to the simple solution. This is highly unprofessional response on the part of Monte carlo. Also the customer care service is pathetic. I kept trying[protected],[protected], [protected] for 40 minutes atleast. The operator asks you to wait and then the phone gets disconnected automatically. And this was during working hours of monte carlo customer care service. 3 hours of mine were wasted with no result. Please understand the harrasement it causes to a customer and train your representatives to handle such cases properly. Please be informed that we have a 7 days exchange policy. A customer can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase. Return product should be in the same condition as bought and brand tags should be intact with the product. In case if you face any defect in the product, the same you can report within 30 days from the date of purchase. In this case, on the spot exchange or replacement is not possible. The store will submit your product and dispatch the same to our head office for quality check and final decision will be taken after the quality check. We request you to kindly share the scanned copy of the invoice for further processing against your complaint. Please be informed that we are not able to arrange pick up or delivery from your location. | |||
